Vanessa was very knowledgeable about everything that we asked about. Our focus was the TVs and sound bars! You definitely need more employees like her. Even other employees looked to her for information. The thing we appreciated the most was her patience and consistent professionalism.

I recently purchased an open box monitor for my computer from best buy, which was advertised as being in "excellent condition." Upon bringing it home, I found that it had scratches on the front and back, as well as on the mounting bracket and power supply. This morning, I returned the monitor, and the representative who assisted me concurred that it did not meet the described condition. The return process was swift and efficient. Initially, I would have rated my experience with Best Buy at three stars. However, I have just discovered that the same monitor is being listed for sale again as "excellent condition," which is concerning.

Lazy af employees. Ordered something for pickup on the way to the airport that said was in stock and ready. Get there, it’s not ready so they’re like ok we are gonna find it. I’m waiting 15 mins and then I ask where it is they’re like oh we couldn’t find it. I was like you couldn’t tell me that when I told you I’m otw to the airport? Just gimme my money back. Odds are it was just high up on a shelf somewhere and they were too lazy to get it (seeing as theyre too lazy to have curbside items ready for pickup). Terrible, this is why people shop on Amazon now

Bought a tv on Saturday and got refund after the deliver window.have no email been sent before last minute it supposed to deliver.
Call customer and didn’t get any useful information, after I ask to speak with manager, my call just got hang up.
