Yvette is seriously the best hairstylist ever! She totally went above and beyond for me, making me feel super comfortable throughout the whole process. And the color she gave me? It's exactly what I wanted and more! I'm beyond thrilled with how my hair turned out! I will be returning real soon, thanks again girl

Got me in same week I had a wedding and possibly the last chance to meet a single guy my age anytime soon lol so had to look good real real good not like a washed out tired mom lol all the staff were so helpful and helped me chose what color would look on my skin and I thank u for talking me out of the bleached blond balayage in Carmel tones way younger looking u saved me

Thank you Yvette! As you can see in my before and after, Yvette brought my hair back to life. She was very gentle and careful of my hair. She took her time and was very meticulous, I did not feel rushed like the other salons. She's also very knowledgeable and gives good suggestions. Aside from that, her salon was very neat and organized, I left her salon happy and relaxed. Well spent mama me time. Thank you Yvette. Will definitely come back!

Let me tell you about my experience. I have been looking and asking hair stylists on yelp if they could do my hair. I found Darlene and sent her pictures of what I might want. The appointment comes and as I'm sitting in the chair letting her know what I want she seemed confused because she said the hairstyle that I want I already had so she didn't need to do much with it. I thought well I guess I should leave then but I already gave her a deposit which I didn't know the refund policy for. So I decided I'll color my hair. I wanted a deep chocolate redish brown. Instead I look like Allan from barbie. I was nervous when heading in because I was hoping for her advice on what to get instead she would get aggravated when I said I wanted this way but in her eyes it wasn't what I was asking? Idk but she gave me a trim haircut for $60 no style. I was excited at first because the girl in front of me had her hairstyle basically the same how I wanted it and instead she just gave me a trim. I'm really not happy at all with my look. Darlene is a very nice wholesome girl, but when it came to advice for my hair she shouldn't have been the one I trusted to do my hair. I'm very disappointed in this spot. oh and the girls there basically talk crap about their customers like in office space. It's rude and their basically talking about you. I should've gone with the other hair stylist on yelp actually talking about the process of my hair. Rather than going here and showing a picture and getting what picture looks like. I'm really f*cking pissed I payed $200 to get my hair done for the VERY 1ST TIME EVER AND I LOOK RIDICULOUS. NOT COOL.

While searching for a stylist on Yelp, I came across this page and saw Darlene's work and loved all her work! After seeing her work I knew my search for a hairstylist was done. I booked with her and she was very quick with responding and really helpful as well. During the appointment, she was so nice, made me feel very comfortable and she showed that she cared about my hairs health and being on the same page for my hair goals, which she met the goal 100%. My hair came out exactly how I wanted it and I got so many compliments on it. My hair felt so soft and voluminous. It's been a few months since my appointment and my hair still looks amazing. I can't wait to book with her again. I recommend Darlene to everyone and I'm sooo happy I found such a talented, nice hairstylist! The salon is also really cute and clean

I love this place! I been going to Cynthia for years and she never disappoints. She is honest when I want to go blonde and tell me I won't be blonde in one seating unless I want my hair fried lol super sweet person and always greets you with a smile. The vibe in their is so positive and nice. There are places when you go in and is like they are ready to judge. I recommend this place especially Cynthia (and I know the other girls are great too).

Came to get a much needed haircut and had Darlene. She was accurate with only two photos I had as reference. I'm someone who is more introverted and loved that she didn't push for a conversation for the whole session. She also gives an amazing scalp massage when she washes your hair. The location itself shares a parking lot with other stores around so plenty of parking options and the salon itself was nice. Highly recommend overall.

Been going to Darlene for haircuts and color for the past few years and let me tell you, she does NOT disappoint! Always a great conversation with her and she leaves your hair looking and feeling like a million bucks. She is very transparent with her pricing online, which I greatly appreciate. She takes the time to make you feel so comfortable and at home in the salon. You can tell she cares about her craft and wants to see her clients truly happy with their experience. I went in this past weekend for a platinum blonde ombre, where she worked on my hair for 8 hours! She made the entire process so smooth. I am sooo obsessed with the final product and can't wait to go back so she can work her magic again. Thank you Darlene!!!!!!

For a few months I have been thinking of getting rid of my blonde hair and trying something new. I was always scared of doing a big change and found it difficult to find someone to trust my hair with! After looking through so many pages I encountered this one, and had the pleasure to schedule an appointment with Yvette (who is amazing) I came in and told her I wanted to go copper. She got right into it and I will let the pictures do the justice!! 10/10 I am in love with my hair! I will continue coming here w Yvette. She is truly a gem! I will recommend her to all my girlies! I get my hair done with Darlene . First off let me say she's amazing . When I first booked with her I sent her possible looks I was going for and color. I came in for my first appointment which was my cut & we did my consultation for color. She was so sweet and easy to get along with. Connected with her on so many things we had great conversations. She was excited about the cut I wanted (mullet) & since it was a big cut for me we started off small. Now I'm four appointments in and worked my way to full joe dirt mullet. & she's done a different color in my hair each time. Results are always amazing. She helped me change to a cut I really wanted & helped me ease my way into it , in a way I will feel comfortable and confident. She also did my Brazilian blow out & it's AMAZING ! I can never go back to frizzy hair again. The salon as a whole is nice and clean. The staff are open, nice, and conversational. They keep the salon up to par for presentation with all holidays/seasons . Definitely relaxing vibes for a mini spa day for a good hair treatment and scalp massage. It's also very nice that all product recommendations I've gotten so far I was able to purchase right there at the salon and not have to go to Ulta to pick it up. Darlene's Booksy is very easy to maneuver and very detailed on the services provided . If you have any questions she's always quick to answer with a break down and explanation. I would recommend this salon & Darlene to anyone looking to get a nice hair transformation.

Darlene is by far the BEST hairstylist ever! She actually cares for your hair, my hair wouldn't look as good as it does without her! My whole family goes to her for our hair needs from my husband, sisters, brother in law and nieces. Not only is she so friendly, welcoming and kind she always makes our hair appointment a good time. She's our hairstylist for life! 100/100 recommend

I've been seeing Darlene for about 2 years now and let me tell you, SHE'S AMAZING!! I got my sisters hooked on her and highly recommend her to everyone who asks who cuts my hair! I get a bob cut and she leaves it so crisp and clean every single time!
