I was in the area which I don’t live here in Downey and after my appointment my plan was to get my nails & pedicure done and my husband was searching for a nail place and many of them were about to close and so he found Beauty nails and I called them to ask if I can come and they asked if I was close
I said yes I am so they took me in! Wow! I am
super pleased with the way they greeted me
and the pampering treatment the staff gave me! The lady that worked on my pedicure knew I had not done my pedicure in a long time and so she got to work and just did an AMAZING job and then after I was done w/my pedicure I headed over to get my nails done and Nhu Vu who is the owner worked on my nails Gel X with such a great attitude and just wonderful customer service! I shared the picture of how I wanted my nails and he just got down to work and they turned out Beautiful! Thank you so much if you are in the area I highly highly recommend this nail place!!!

Horrible place! In my 39 years, I’ve never experienced such filthy pedicure practices. The lady cut my toe and Immediately felt pain. I told her to avoid further digging of my toe and she laughed and spoke to her friends in their language. Fast forward to 8 days later…. I have a full blown fungus infection! This is a FIRST in my life! Absolutely AVOID this filthy place!

I've been going to this place for years and I've always left satisfied with my nails! I naturally have long nails but always struggle keeping them strong. That's when I switched to dip powder because that's what they recommended for me. Ever since that recommendation I haven't changed! Everyone is extremely friendly here and will offer water if it's a hot day outside! They also have AC and will keep the door closed to keep the place cool. Every time I want to get my nails done I come here! Highly recommend

Everyone was really friendly & welcoming. The place overall was on the dingy side = not dirty, dirty, but could really use a deep cleaning. I chose a color for my pedicure & was asked if I wanted gel; I said no & lady went to get regular polish. The color she brought didn't look what I chose but she told me the difference was that it wasn't gel & once on it would look like the sample. Well, no, it didn't. I told her & she said wait till 2nd coat. Again, no, it didn't. To her, it looked identical somehow. Now every time I look at my toes, I HATE the color more & more. Not going back again.

Horrible place to come ., they made me feel bad ,, they where talking about me ., this people can be very stupid , naïve , and super rude , . They assume people don’t understand there language., came in for a mani gel ., such a lazy job ., I don’t recommend this place .

Very friendly business, customer service was amazing and the nails look really nice. The prices are fair. I would definitely come back and recommend people.
This place is a hidden gem, right around the block from my place.!!!

I am fairly new to Downey, and had been traveling to a former nail shop because I’m scared to try new shops. Today I decided to look for a nail shop and I came across Beauty Nails. I was hesitant of course, but it was a very welcoming environment. It was a very quiet shop which I enjoyed. And there was no wait time for a Saturday. My nails look great and I may have found my new shop. Thank you Heiu and staff. ?

Took my fiancé to get his first Pedicure, and they did NOT disappoint! I chose this place based on previous reviews and they were very accurate.
Kathy did my Pedicure, and her attention to detail was top notch! Best Pedicure I have ever gotten.
We chose option B, with the Paraffin wax, and it was totally worth it.
Definitely a great first experience for my fiancé as well. We will forsure be going back!

Called ahead. When I got there, the man said it would be “a couple of minutes.” After 30, I knew I didn’t have time and left. It’s ok if you can’t take me, just let me know. I don’t need to sit forever waiting. I could have gone somewhere else this time, but instead I’ll never be back.Service: Pedicure

I'd rate a zero if I could. I came in for a Pedi and gel x removal.Waited 45 min just to get the pedicure while watching other people get seated and started on for both services. For the 0edi they quoted me 22 on the phone. They have a sign stating 22 yet the menu they hand you only offers services 32 and up .They took over an hour to start working on my nails. And immediately the guy starts trying to rip them off with a file instead of soaking. He's stabbing me under my nail and I tell him why would they not soak them off. He starts getting upset and saying fine if that's what I want. I told him I'll just remove them at home and he proceeds to shout about me across the room to another nail tech. And yes I do know it was about me bc he yelled,"soak off at home" very unprofessional.
