The first time coming here and the manager isn't very friendly. I grabbed a cucumber melon candle, and they ended up refusing to sell it to me. It was already in the bag and everything. I guess the price it was ringing up was not correct. The only reason they noticed was because I asked the cashier if I could grab another one. She called the manager and all she said was the product was not supposed to be on the floor. They told someone on the radio to go and remove them from the floor. No apology or reason other than the price being the reason they couldn't sell it. The manager didn't even look at me or address me. No customer service at all from a "manager".

I love bath & bodyworks. I love buying it for my friends and family for Christmas. The scent last all day. And I'm always exited to see what new deals comes thru my e-mail

Good place for soap body wash's and fragrances that are a bit pricey but I guess you have to make money, just glad they had a buy 3 get 3 free sale. The employees were helpful and showed what was available to my liking and the cashiers were fast so I had a great experience and a overall great time

Walked in wasn't Greeted at all, They Really Need to Hire ppl With Manners and Excellent Customer Service, Because theirs Suck! Not Friendly at all I stick to the Other Locations Where Customers Matter!

Typically I try to avoid shopping within this city maybe it's me but I stopped by here since I was stopping by the store next door, wasn't greeted, three of their employees standing at the entrance were too busy talking among themselves. There was a customer needing assistance and they wouldn't acknowledge her. I had gone in quickly for their candles, which there wasn't much to choose from, but one of their employees just walked by instead of offering a basket after she seen i had 4 and struggling. Store wasn't even busy there with only 4 people including myself. Only friendly person was the cashier. Even when I left the same 3 people were still talking among themselves at the entrance.

Are used to be a mystery shopper, so believe me, I know mediocre service, good service, and excellent service. One would not expect to encounter excellent service at a Bath and Bodyworks at 5 o'clock in the evening a week away from Christmas in a store jampacked with customers asking questions, grabbing last minute bargains. Many many of these customers are short tempered and have extremely high expectations, and very demanding. In the midst of this chaos I found many pleasant associates but two stuck out as so very personable that I had to write a review. Darting throughout the store going from customer to customer was a blonde female with the most upbeat personality. She was greeting customers, helping customers with their needs and even announcing the specials going on. Then there was Giselle. she was my cashier and was so sweet and attentive ringing up a huge order of candles and hand soap when I realized I needed separate receipts. I thought, ok she will not be happy and I told her to please return my entire order and re-ring it up piece by piece. There was no hesitation, no sour face, no drop of pleasantness at all. She did as I asked and continued with asking me about my Christmas. She was the most patient and kind and hardworking associate I had encountered in a long long time. I would like to give kudos to the smart person who hired her. I will definayely be back!!!

Had a really great experience with this store! It’s holiday season and it was busy as expected yet the employees were still so nice and helpful! The one who stuck out the most was Justin! He was so nice, professional, and just overall very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Usually I hate shopping in person due to rude, judgmental employees but nope, you won’t find that at this store! Thank you to the whole team at this store ^_^

Great customer service! I was looking for a particular scent on their single wick candle and Vonn was so helpful. She looked through all their candles to see if they had even just one left. Even though they were sold out I really appreciate the time she took to look through everything.

I like the car fresheners, and I have different mixed feelings about the wall plug-ins. What I don't understand is why they don't have wax For wax warmers. They have candles . Why not just the wax? I've been in a couple fires because of candles, and I am not a fan. I'll take a wax warmer any day.
