I see a lot of negative comments I went into brach at 4 15 pm on fri today and 20 people in lineThe line went very fastThe teller was pleasant and helpful. I know it's nit their fault only 3 tellers now. But had a great experience. Thank you so much

I was there on a saturday only Bank of America open sort of close to me I was in line maybe 15 people I realized half way I forgot my debit card the customer service rep walking around asking questions what service we needed tried to assist me using a digital card but it didnt work as I was going to need a cashiers check something ive never done before she said I can come back and not wait in the line I had been in a while that was nice as it was def my fault I forgot my debit card but I payed attention to her interacting with everyone else in line she waa great very polite I didnt get her name I was there around 1230 or 12 that day I was very satisfied with the service there even though they werw busy ded would come back

That s the worst boa I’ve ever been. I went to do a transfer , I waited for so long. When i finally tell the representative that I wanna schedule an appointment to make the transfer, she told me her system is down while i am seeing other bankers working. Seriously, BOA is not a way to treat your customers. I have been with this bank for a while, but I think it s time for me to move on. Calling this bank on the phone is a pain, you can never get in touch with them, the wait is so long. This bank on imperial high way really needs to be closed. Short staffing etc

This place is a Joke.No help at all for business customers they have one teller and they expect you to wait while the business teller helps the regular line. This branch was much better a few years back. Zero stars ?

We made an appointment with this branch ( Imperial Hwy Downey) with a small business banker named Diana Gutierrez- she greeted us with respect and provided us with exceptional customer service . Diana Gutierrez has a very positive optimistic attitude , she’s highly professional , well dressed / presented and displayed high skills and knowledge in her department. Our goal was to grow our business credit and have previously been turned away by other banks and other BOA bankers giving us no solutions /knowledge or recommendations how to grow and establish our business credit . Unfortunately we were unable to get a business CC at this time , but we were successfully able to get a business auto loan which will establish our business credit and result in a business CC in the near future . We were so grateful this option was available to us , thanks to Diana’s experience, knowledge and willingness to genuinely help us reach our business goals . I would highly recommend anyone with a small business who needs knowledge and resources about growing their business to go to this branch and ask to meet with Diana Gutierrez directly . I’ve been to many other bank of America’s , but by far this was my best experience here thanks to their excellent staff - specifically Diana Gutierrez. I was even considering to bank with another bank , due to being turned away for any kind of business loans / resources in the past . Until I came across Diana Gutierrez - It’s very refreshing to get assistance from someone who genuinely cares for their clients and is truly passionate about their job . I feel someone of this high skill set such as Diana Gutierrez should be at a higher level within the organization , she’s highly valuable, expert in her line of work and truly deserves the recognition.
