They Close before 430 I over heard the ladies talking about how they don't clock out until they drive away from building so I am assuming walking out early and taking early lunches are a thing here especially all the food deliveries that go in and out of here these people are very judgemental and only attend there to there own Kind make a appointment before arrival

The manager for this location needs to help when there are long lines during the morning. The fact that it takes 30 minutes just to check in and open a new account is unacceptable.

Terrible customer service, to roar your turn and talk to an agent, asks you for your card and your phone number, and then tells you to wait more than an hour, very rude and arrogant reception.

Their lines are always long because they cut corners not hiring enough tellers. One star because that ugly sore eye lavender truck always parked by the entrance needs to go or whoever that person works for, their boss needs to pay them to get a new paint job. I come here every day and lost clients because that ugly truck

People please dont trust this bank and their ATM machine after I used this ATM a few days later $1000 was taken from my account! I told to all of my neighbours and local to never trust to this branch of bank of Americ for cash out their ATM has card skimmers your card information wil be stolen

People be careful dont use their ATMs because it seems the criminals put cameras on their ATM and steal your bank info and then steal money from your account you will lose your money if you use their ATM machines

Went to this bank on Friday; Atms must have have had cards skimmers as 2 days later my card details was used at a nearby Wells Fargo in downey and $900 was stolen from me. Avoid at all cost. Couldn't even use the bank tellers inside as they said I had to withdraw outside. Sounded like a set up to me. Never coming here again and if you value your money; I suggest you do the same
