The poorest service in bankingTurned clients away because they were too busy chatting away.Maria the teller was kind and tried helping with a wire yet was told need an appointment for a wire.Upsets me because I asked all the necessary questions and was simply given the run around.

Time and time again!!! This bank is horrible!!! 2 tellers and 4 other employees that I'm assuming are management are just talking away in then back!! 2 tellers doing all the work but very slowly. I will never get this hour of my life back, thank you Bank of America!! I've been a loyal customer since 1990, but I'm taking my business somewhere else!! If you're reading this, please go somewhere else!! I usually don't do this type of rants or comments but this happens all the time, I've had enough.

Really bad customer service the people who work there are clueless about what they can and cannot do. I asked to speak with the manager and the manager never showed up. Don't recommend Bank of America to anyone you'll regret it.

This place is so antiquated and the lines are extremely long always and this isn't a place you run into for a quick deposit or withdrawal inside facility. The tellers are careful but slow as ever which still sucks because the machine is counting for us.so I thought it should go faster. The tellers are so Nonchalant. N slow motion Needless to say the majority of users are minority's so excellent service and more tellers during peak hours is non existent.

Worst B of A ever. They ALWYAS only have 2 tellers on their last 2hours. Supervisor just standing in the back walking around. If you see more than at least 4 people in line, you'd think they'd open another teller to speed up the line. It's pathetic.

We made an appointment for Thursday at 3:30 fifteen minutes later we waited see a sales rep. My dad and I were told that without an appointment the wait is over an hour!!! Why would anyone want to do business here?

Everytime I come to this branch of Bank of America only one teller and over 12 customers in line. What the heck. This bank is the worse around. Should be closed with this kind of service.

My experience at this bank is always differant. Every employee you interact with customer service varies on how their day is going and who their dealing with. I just wanted to say I had a great experience interacting with Frank. Thank you for taking YOUR time explaining the questions I needed answered. Great customer service. Very much appreciated.
