This shop is very weird. Several month ago,
I want to ask something by phone. But
Nobody answers the phone during two weeks.
So I had to visit to ask about changing my BMW engine oil. They didn’t make any appointment directly. And said “we will call you back ASAP”.
And they never called me back.
Is it reasonable business!!
I felt some insulting !!

Patricio & Mark are seriously the best. I took my BMW sedan in for squeaking brakes. Patricio was extremely helpful & knowledgeable over the phone. I appreciated the fact that neither one tried to sell me anything, they simply gave me their professional honest opinion on what they believed my car needed at the time. I will 100% be back for service on my car. Extremely happy with their service!

I take my BMW to Bahn, because they are one of the few honest car repair shops left. They always do what’s best for the customer and do a great job.

Very rude. I called to ask if they could change my springs on my struts and the guy told me to go to autozone. Then when I told him they do not have the right tool at autozone he told me to go to a different one. I asked again if they can do it there and he told me they don't do stuff like this over there. Very rude and treated me like I was a bother.

This review is long overdue but I wanted to make sure I posted it. I had a problem with my BMW 335IS passenger door not unlocking when I unlocked the car. I emailed Bahn Motor Works, and they responded to me within a day. They were able to get me in right away, and take care of the repair within one day so I was not without my car. Mark explained to me exactly what was wrong and what was done and even advised me of another problem that I had but did not need to fix right away. I really appreciate their ability to accommodate me so quickly, get the repair done, and give me such a fair price. I will definitely bring my BMW back again!

I have a Mini Cooper S. They have been taking good care of it since the factory warranty ran out. Great place to get your mini worked on. I went to other places and they didn't care how long it took to get your car back to you.

Great place to get your car serviced. Staff is attentive and goes out of their way to make sure they give you all the info you need. Significantly cheaper than the BMW dealership, but with excellent service.
