Great customer service. I was greeted and taken care of the moment I walked in. Ran into a few issues but they were so patient & were able to take care of what I needed.

Perhaps it would be helpful if the owners suggested their employees acknowledge customers when they enter the store instead of just looking at them and going about their business. There was no greeting or addressing the wait time. A simple "Hello, we will be with you shortly.", would have been appreciated. I was ignored and left after about 10 minutes of walking around. What is unfortunate is I planned on moving to AT&T from Verizon. If their customer service is as bad as the two individuals working today provided me, I'll find a different location to do my business.

They dont know anything!!! I try to change my car charger and they act like they dont know how to do it, they can order for me, they dont know how to do it...

I went to trade in my old phone and supposed to be and equal exchange up to 600.00, they never gave the credit so they are charging for a new phone, liars cheats and thieves, terrible people, they don't have lousy ratings for nothing. Go elsewhere.

Been waiting since 11 , 11:22 and no one is here. An employee finally arrives at 11:26 and when we mentioned how he's late he said his clock in time is 11:30 so he's early. Then mentions how someone should've already opened but we can still wait until he finishes opening.

I visited this store and was extremely impressed with the great customer service and how welcoming they made me and my family feel. The whole team was awesome and I was able to walk out with a great Family deal they were very knowledgeable and helpful and great service wow Can't ask for more from this team..I Definitely would be sending my friends and family to this Downey store.ThanksSarah

My family and I have been blowing through our data plans each month and we haven't updated in at least 5 years. I came in to see what I could do and I was sold the sweetest dream. Boy was I gullible. David told me that I could do unlimited data for $40 a line no strings attached. Tell me why I was double charged on my bill and the lines are 50/ea not $40? | came in 2 days prior of my billing cycle. I was told he would notate the changes to not take affect for 24 hours.Well he didn't, instead he back dated my plan to the month prior. Meaning I was charged for May and June on my June statement. I don't know who is able to pay a $300 phone bill and not question things. I should be paying $160 a month for my plan but instead I'm paying $200 a month because he inaccurately told me $40/line. Now he's sitting here saying his hands are tied and smirking at me like it's funny. I will not be back, I wish I never updated my plan, I honestly wish we weren't even with ATT.

ZERO STARS! Not a corporate store! AT&T won't do anything to help with their unethical business practices. My elderly father came in for chargers and walked out with 2 added lines without his knowledge or consent!Almost a year later, after reviewing his account we noticed these added lines. ( he's enrolled in paperless billing) has no idea what he's paying for. Has been billed over $600. Called AT&T and was advised to visit store and speak with manager. Came in, spoke with store manager Lesly. Briefly explained reason for my visit, immediately told me I wouldn't be receiving a refund and told my father and I to "take a seat and we'll have this discussion". I'm not a toddler ma'am and as a paying customer who's been wronged I need a little bit more empathy and accountability. Rushed me out because it was 6:30 p.m. and apparently she needed to be out before 7 pm. Took a picture of one of the many bills I had said she'd call me back and haven't heard from her since. No one has reached out or made an attempt to resolve this issue. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
