This review is for Edwin who turned my unpleasant experience to pleasant. I'm so grateful for such an attentive and wise representative. I had an issue with my sim card and prepaid service not working after paying and changing plan in store and this young man stayed late assisting my phone needs and treated me like a valued customer. My issue was resolved and moving forward I know exactly who to turn to when I am ready to do future phone dealings in person at an AT& T store. Thank you again Edwin.

If I could leave a negative star review, I would. I had been with this company for many years and was completely satisfied but recently having gone to this location every time I interact with one of the employees there are often pushy and rude. I went to upgrade my phone a few years ago, and I was deceived by one of their employees, and I ended up adding things to my line, which I never knew he had done nor explained to me thoroughly.. all that aside I went in tonight and asked that I wanted to cancel this number that was made with my name and information that I was unaware of and the man that was there said we can't do that here you have to do it over the phone. He was very adamant about saying he couldn't do anything and that it's not just at that location but it's all locations and that I would have to call. After not letting me finish my sentences, I said, so where do I call and that's when he told me to dial 611. I understand although it doesn't make sense that I could open a line location but I can't cancel a line. He as an employee of AT&T should be quick to help not pass the ball. it seems like these employees at this site are only interested in opening new lines, creating new lines and adding fees to your contract for the company but when it comes to actually assisting someone with a need, they really don't care. I'm moving to a different company after being a loyal, on-time paying customer for 15 years. they need to train the staff a lot better especially at this Downey site

I called the store to see if they allowed me to make a payment! After their poor autobot recording for 6 mins, I ended up up speaking to their call center!Then, they tell me I have to call the at&t store directly!!! And once ingot to the store, no customer service! Ended up paying nearly $900 in payment and told me to go to a repair shop for their network issues!!!

Diego was very patient when it came to solving my problems with transferring from verizon to at&t. Though there were times it felt like he would have been better off to help others because some things were taking long on my end, he assured us that he did not mind waiting and was patient with us! Thank you for the great service!

My Customer Service Representative was Tony and he gave me Outstanding service, and he recommended the very Best deal for me; he was great!! I've been with AT&T since 2006 and the Customer Service has always been Stellar which I truly appreciate and love about AT&T.

My experience today 1.9.24 was excellent due the exceptional service I received from Eneles Vega. Her professional, courteous, patient, informative, clear explanations and instructions was impressive. She is an asset to AT&T. I leave the store feeling happy and well-served.

One of my best experiences at AT&T happened today in the Downey location with Arthur. I just love their service and extremely knowledgeable, walked me through the whole process. Fantastic customer!! Will definitely come back!
