5151 State University Dr, Los Angeles“We visited the complex to see Paula Cole perform here. The parking staff was very helpful. The staff was efficient and friendly. The venue was very nice and comfortable. The show was spectacular and produced very well. All the seats are designed to see the stage and enjoy a performance. Great place.”
“First time tattoo experience was great one! Justine was everything I needed as a first timer. I, loved the atmosphere. It was so relaxed unlike the hundreds of shops I walked into. From the start I was welcomed. Everything was clean and so private which is a great plus. I loved the colors options, and the fact that the ink is vegan is even better! Less toxins and chemicals. I love my tattoo. She did great job. I will be back if I am in the market to get another one. Thank you. I will recommend.”
“There is also the African American culture center of Long Beach inside that building which is actually where I went to visit but there's all kinds of art and stuff for the expo art center.”

1700 S Santa Fe Ave #101, Los Angeles“It is a quite varied gallery with respect to the art it is about, I love the fact that the forms of expression are so different and unique, a lot of history and very valuable, it is quite pleasant.I would have liked more time to appreciate the efforts of these artists more.”
“Everything is good except they take forever to get your food order in. If you stop there before a Dodger game or concert, be aware, you will be late. Be cautious and give yourself an extra hour because you will disappointed later.”
“Nice little gallery. I was there for the Invader show. He's one of my favorite street artists. There are two large rooms of his stuff - make sure to go behind the black curtain to view his amazing Rubik's cube pieces. We also saw Gongkan's work in the other part of the gallery - interesting concept with the mirrors. The gallery is on a popular street near Prince Street Pizza and Salt and Straw, Hauser & Wirth is nearby. Street parking is free on Sundays - but good luck getting a spot.”
“HNYPT LA exceeded my expectations for a photography studio rental in Los Angeles. The versatility of the space allowed me to showcase my products in various setups, demonstrating their adaptability. Overall, HNYPT LA is a haven for creativity, providing an exceptional environment that goes beyond a typical photography studio, making it the ideal choice for capturing compelling and unique visuals.”
“I walked into this cute gallery in hopes that someone can help me frame some art work that l've had stored since my early college days. I was pleasantly surprised with a warm welcome and reassurance that I was at the right place for the job I needed done, and he was correct. Til now, Armando amazes me with his work ethic, level of professionalism and high quality craftsmanship. Im glad to have discovered this hidden gem within my community. This is by far my forever shop!”

1665 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles“The Last Bookstore, located in Downtown Los Angeles is a book lover’s dream. Located at the intersection of 5th & Spring St., it offers a wide variety of new and used books, vinyl, and other physical media. In an era where everything is becoming increasingly digitized, the magic of being surrounded by physical media is especially unique. Art made out of books, and creative design concepts make ‘The Last Bookstore’ a selfie hotspot. Several movies have also had scenes filmed here to include the Oscar nominated film, ‘Gone Girl’. Tune in to tour the most awesome bookstore I’ve ever seen, on The Cristopolis Show (YT / IG @cristopolis)”

1411 Newton St, Los Angeles“I wish Murmurs was my little secret, but alas it’s too great not to share with the community. Murmurs fits the #workingnotworking life. The patio area is an peaceful respit where I can get real work done. Have some coffee under the massive Pothos vines. If you’re for looking for space to connect with other creators, have a nice snack, and see professionally curated exhibitions then It’s your spot in South DTLA... They also have the best power outlets in at least a 100mile radius... so ??♂️”

-calaca holding instrument
They also carry evil eye bracelets, which I also bought.”
“One of my double piercings on my earlobe closed unexpectedly the other day when I was trying to put in my earrings and go to work. I wanted to get it redone ASAP. I sent an email and was able to go the same day after work.
Alex was very professional and even checked to make sure that the piercing was actually closed from the back despite the front part seeming normal. It was :( but! It was quick and mostly painless. I was there for a max of like 15 mins and I was out the door.
If I want to get another piercing, I would definitely come back!”
“I went to the Wisdome LA Art Gallery and had a great time exploring the different exhibits. The gallery is truly an immersive and one-of-a-kind experience that engages all of your senses. The art installations were visually stunning and thought-provoking, displaying a diverse range of styles and mediums. The light and sound shows were especially impressive, adding a dynamic and interactive element to the exhibits. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with interesting information about the art and answering any questions we had. The gallery is also ideally positioned with abundant parking, making it easily accessible. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is that some of the exhibits felt a bit repetitive after a while. Still, I definitely recommend”
“I bought a collab shirt here, and I was happy to see super milk chan merch. There's no other shop at little tokyo with the collectible toys I've seen here. I will come again when I'm in LA.”
“I have gotten multiple pieces by Scott and was blown away every time. His work is absolutely stunning, and his ability to help craft what I envision is amazing. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Scott and the Speakeasy crew!”
“24/600 reviews challenge for 2023. The LA art scene These Days art gallery 5 Stars***** I found this little gem by accident and wanna share it with everyone, its on Winston and main st 1 1/2 blocks from spring street art walk an on the second floor. You have to walk up a flight of stairs but this is cali, so I know you're all in great shape ja! Once I wlaked up there I met the owner I think, Stephan who was this cool cat and fun to talk too. They dont get much foot traffic since its on the other side of spring street, however its worth seeking out. I I love the LA art scene and more importantly the LA art walk. One gets it all from a variety of artisans from weekend warriors to life long professionals displaying and selling their work. From prints, paintings, sketches, stickers, necklaces, shirts, hats, and etc to just name a few.. Having this diverse amount of artist is cool because theres somthing fof everyone to enjoy, buy, and explore. Now im an adventurer so I love going on a hunt for hidden galleries. Theres a map one can acquire that shows a lot of the galleries within walking distance. You can get one at the hive gallery on spring street.”

903 Main St, Los Angeles“I truly believe anyone who has written a negative comment about this beautiful sacred space has the complete WRONG idea...and have shared nothing but false accusations about one of my favorite people in the world-the owner Cheri. This place has changed my life for the better, she believes in me when I struggle believing in myself. She's a bad a**, boss woman, strong inside and out, beautiful soul inside and out. She genuinely cares about her students. I truly believe Peace Yoga is worth experiencing for yourself to see how magical she is and her attention to detail of her studio. Not only is she an amazing teacher she's an AMAZING chef.”
“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ballard's Artwork Framing, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my vision and helped me choose the perfect frame for my artwork, offering valuable insights along the way.
The selection of frames is impressive, with a variety of styles that cater to every taste. I appreciated their attention to detail and craftsmanship, ensuring that my piece was framed beautifully. The quality of the work is top-notch, and the finished product exceeded my expectations.
What stood out to me the most was the genuine care the team has for their customers and their art. It’s clear that they are passionate about what they do, and that made all the difference.
If you're looking for a place to frame your artwork, I highly recommend Ballard's Artwork Framing. You won’t be disappointed!”
“It is so hard to find a parking . The paid parking spot is between $2-11 dollars in variety. And I love downtown area, but please have a parking spot for the gig worker.”
“Nice little shop in the main area over here. Easy to get to. Perfect to stop at while waiting for a restaurant nearby (our sushi place had an hour long wait right next to it)”
