I was forced to switch to All Safe when my employer provided insurance kicked my previous OBGYN off the insurance without telling me. I’ve had nothing but trouble since switching. The OB I’m currently with speaks over me constantly, doesn’t listen to a word I say and writes off my questions with less than an ounce of sympathy. I was sent out for a referral in May of 2023 and they STILL have not recieved my results after almost 4 months from the appointment. I’ve called 7 times now and they never have any answers for me.

I went to this clinic for my first pregnancy and decided to switch to Memorial Care for my second one. The difference on how they treat you is enormous!. Here at AllSafe I never felt comfortable asking questions and whenever I did the doctor never took the appropriate time to answer them. They were always busy. They wanted to send me to St. Francis hospital to deliver but thankfully my insurance gave me other options. If you can avoid coming here, do it. I regret not switching the first time.

I did not feel comfortable here at all. When you walk in, there is circular desk area where you speak to staff and everyone stares at you and can hear what you’re saying. When you sit in there awkwardly spaced chairs in the waiting area, you can see the entire clinic and restroom and know what patient gets placed in what room. It’s just bizarre, no privacy. Everyone gets a free show and gets to see and assume what you’re there for.

I am currently 39 weeks pregnant and stuck in a complex situation as I relocated to deliver my baby where I'd have the sufficient support to go through my delivery. I've been searching for a new provider, yes! At 39 weeks! Hoping for a provider to complete my care as I deliver. I walked into all safe medical group office and was directed to Chantelle to explain my situation and determine if my complex case can be resolved. Chantelle was kind, invested, honest, direct, relatable and was genuinely concerned and motivated to help me throughout this situation. She right away got in contact with doctors to seek approval in order to be seen right away to ensure I received the best care for myself and my unborn baby. She prioritized and managed to get my case approved and have an appt with a doctor within 24hrs!!!! I genuinely did not think this was possible I walked in discouraged thinking what am I thinking doing this so late in my pregnancy to OMG she made it happen!!!! I definitely recommend working with them if they have more employees like Chantelle whom are hard working, dedicated, and genuine who care for the patients and our well being! I feel a sense of weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I can now solely focus on delivering my baby without all these barriers I was facing! Thank you Chantelle!

Worst service! OPTUM contracted their OB/GYN service to AllSafe and it's where the nightmare begins.I see different doctor each time, you don't get to build that patient-doctor relationship, each doctor just treats you like problem solving, you can tell by expression that they really don't care.I had questions after office visit, used their portal to write an e-mail to the doctor, he never responded.Horrible experience with nurse. My breast x-ray showed lumps, I wanted a breast ultrasound but she denied it, saying it wasn't necessary. Optum ordered breast x-ray and ultrasound annually but AllSafe nurse rejected it.TeleVisit was a waste of time! I had to take time off work for TeleVisit and waited for over an hour! It's a just phone call, not even office visit.Office staff schedules appointments for you, they don't have a courtesy of asking your availability. Sure you can request a different time, but AFTER they already schedule the appointment.I am thinking about leaving OPTUM so that I don't have to use AllSafe.

Horrible experience at this place. This is my first pregnancy and going to this place has made it stressful for me and my partner .Me and my partner got there and could not find the suit we entered one of them I guess the nurses where on there break .It smelled awful and looked very unorganized I had to ask where the correct suit or room is for my ultrasound one of them was kind to tell me .We walk into a room with the nurse at the desk she has a very low voice they told me we couldn’t check in for 10 minutes and they said my partner had to wait outside even though there are empty seats .we eventually checked in and they took me in .the doctor that did my ultrasound was very nice and after the ultrasound was done told me to go to the front and make a appointment for my next ultrasound I went to the front the nurse at the front said I had to wait for another lady to make the appointment because she was almost done with her lunch as I’m waiting the staff is talking about a pot luck and just standing there doing nothing 30 minutes passed I was just waiting for a appointment to be made the lady never came so I just walked out .

Hi I'm Freda Toney. It is very difficult to get through to Sue who I'm told I have to make my appointment with. I had a surgery date on January 17.2023 she called and left a message on January 16.2023 at closing time 5:01 pm to inform me that the surgery was canceled so I was unable to call back because it was closed on the following day I called all day and still wasn't able to get through to her. When I did talk to her she informed me that she had spoken to the hospital and there was a problem with the agreement . This went on until I told them to get a new referral. Now its march an I can't get her to make an appointment. Needless to say I'm very very frustrated and I still don't have a date for surgery yet. I have a new referral. I have a date for after the surgery takes place. But still no surgery date waiting for a call from Sue witch seems to be impossible .

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Ladies please do yourself a favor and look for another provider. I came here last February for a fibroid concern and my whole experience took a whole 10 months. Availability is horrible, I had my check up, they didn't have availability for results review until a month later, after that another month, and another month so on. Waiting time once you arrive for your appointment is ridiculous. Get ready to wait an hour to be seen once you get there. One time I even showed up for them to let me know the doctor would not be arriving that day and I had to be rescheduled. They didn't even bother to call me before hand. After diagnosing me with the fibroid, they wanted to do a biopsy , unfortunately I was too ignorant and trusting that I agreed to then be told they did not collect enough sample and scheduled me for another biopsy. Here i experienced the worst pain in my life! They did not take the time to let me know what the procedure would be like, again, my fault for being too ignorant and not doing my research. Second biopsy was a fail and I declined a third one. I was so frustrated with this place not getting it right for me after so much money and time spent with them. I finally decided to go somewhere else and requested my ultrasound images to give them to my new provider. I paid for these images and they refused to give them to me because of a b******* policy they have. I went to a new provider and had new testing and images completed. It took me a total of 3 months at my new provider to get seen, have an MRI and finally the surgery. I spent 10 months trying to get this done at this center. I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone.

VERY LONG RANT:First visit was for a pap in December. I checked in, everything was fine. I wasn’t even done filling out paper work when they called me into the room. I answered the nurses questions and told me the NP will be a few minutes. 15 minutes went by, nothing. 30 minutes went by, I got up to grab my phone and the clipboard with the paperwork to finish it up. Almost an hour later, the NP finally came in. She did her thing and I was done. Got my appointment for my results and I left. Cut to, my follow up appointment for my results (first week of January), I was checking in and was told I had a copayment of $85. I was extremely confused. I asked why and the two ladies in the front were saying that’s what the computer says. One of them even said that it could’ve been from the test day and I had just forgot. Basically putting the blame on me. But because she said that, I didn’t want to leave an outstanding balance so I paid it. I sat down and was waiting to be called. During this time I decided to check my Blue Shield account online and saw that preventive care/well women exams are covered by my insurance. $85 copayments are for self referred visits. I went up to the counter to ask and they said they can take me to admin if I wanted to speak to someone. I said yes because it’s $85, I’m not letting that go. She asked me if I wanted to see the NP first or go directly to admin. I was already there waiting so I said I will see the NP and then go. I was finally called, the NP was in there for like maybe a minute to a minute and a half. Told me everything is fine and good to go. I went to the front counter and was told to wait a little while. So I did. They called me up to give me my next appointment. I didn’t even ask for one so I quickly said “oh! I didn’t want an appointment” and they said they aren’t allowed to let patients leave without their next appointment. I told them I wasn’t going to be living in the area later this year that’s why I didn’t want it. She told me to just call to cancel it. I’M LITERALLY RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU, saying I don’t want it, but of course, it didn’t get canceled. Finally, I was taken to admin and the woman I spoke to told me the copayment was for the visit I was there for that day. TO SEE MY RESULTS. What kind of place charges you an office visit to see results?? Apparently this place does. The crazy thing is, I saw my results about a week after the test online through Quest. I just went to the appointment for confirmation and I did not think I would be charged an office visit copayment. I was very confused and the lady just kept telling me they are following my insurance. I understand that but I have never been charged a copayment to see results until this place. I finally went home and decided to call my insurance. The lady I spoke to was also very confused as to why I was charged because seeing results for a preventative exam is part of preventative care. Why would they charge for that? My insurance said it sounds very unethical and shady of this office. She told me to wait for my insurance to show this visit so I can file an appeal to get my money back. I’m never coming here again. And I know my review won’t mean anything to them but I want to share my experience so others are aware. I never write reviews but I felt obligated to write this.

Please avoid this clinic, they don’t care bout the patients they only care bout the business part collecting money, after waiting months to finally get and appointment for a “emergency ultrasound” and biopsy it finally happened in December waiting since September, had to pay $60 each time so $120 even with appointments u have to wait long periods to be seen, I waited 3 weeks for my results when I finally got my results they wanted me to once again pay $60 that I simply don’t have! I’m a healthcare worker but unfortunately my income is only sufficient to pay my rent and survive, and I don’t think is right to pay again just to get results, anyways they denied me my results unless I pay, I asked if I could do a phone interview to get my results they said even if is over the phone I have to pay $60, the supervisor was very rude and unprofessional he raise his voice and took me to another office where the front desk woman belittled me and talk to me like if I was not competent, I only wanted my results I’m concerned bout my health but no i didn’t had $60 to just throw like that.

The waiting time here is awful. About two hours if you don’t come right when they open. The parking is limited and Wednesdays is street sweeping so if the lot is full good luck. Other than that the doctors are pretty alright. They send you to ghetto St. Francis for surgeries and to deliver. I do not like that place.

This medical group is bad. There's no communication. You can't call the office directly it directs you to another appointment service. The virtual appointment are a joke I set to the app as the email link told me to the doc never showed. I wanted to switch locations of the group and the people in appointment office told me I couldn't I just wanted my Pap smear results to go to the next step. The doctor didn't listen to my concerns the first time I went to see her. I wouldn't feel safe getting any done here at this point. They over book everything. I called about my concerns because I was unable to make an in person appointment because of my work schedule. So I did a virtual appointment once again and no one showed. I wasn't able to make a Biopsy appointment because they hadn't give me my results even though I already knew I had it. I had told the doctor that Kaiser had given me the results and wanted me to do a biopsy. But the doc disregard what I said and said I had to do a Pap smear again.
