Allie & Paws did such a good job with our little boy today! He hasn't had a bath in so long (probably over a year) and is outside the majority of the time, so you know what that means lol. He was extra dirty and had fleas, when we picked him up I was surprised to see how clean he was. I forgot how pale his fur actually is Cats are difficult to bathe yourself but Allie & Paws made it look easy. Definitely going to be a regular!PS: his nose had some pre-existing scratches because he tends to fight with other cats outside lol

First, I'll start with the good news. My dog is alive and looks well groomed. I dropped her off, and an hour or so later, I get a call saying "she'll be ready in 10 minutes." Unfortunately, when I arrived, I saw her running away from the groomer in a busy parking lot. She was panicked and sprinted toward me. I displayed none of the fury I felt. All I said was, "This does not look good."If you are too incompetent to keep a dog safe, you get 0 approval from me. The common sense to keep doors closed (in case a dog escapes the wash station or kennel) was not employed. My dog apparently forced her way out of the kennel and jumped the half door to run outside the front door into the lot. Paramount is a busy street. I don't like to think about what could have happened. I got some mild attempt at an apology that didn't cut it. He didn't take full responsibility for his failure to protect the anxious pet. Then he said something like "next time make sure...blah blah."Nope, you're out of your mind if you think I'll ever bring my dog to you again.

So happy I found this place . I called and was able to get same day appointment for both my fur babies. The staff is amazing and did exactly what we asked for and more . Thank you so much for such an amazing experience. Will definitely be back.

This place is amazing! We rescued a dog today. We didn't know how bad he was neglected until we picked him up. I went into a panicked because he was so matted I knew he needed to be groomed asap. The poor dog couldn't even see. We called this place and the owner was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. She told me don't worry about it we're going to help him and get him looking brand new. They had to cut his hair short due to his hair being so matted but they took care of him with alot of patience and care due to the lack of human interaction he's probably hasn't had in awhile we didn't know how he was going to react towards the groomer but the whole team took such good care of him Thank you so much for helping us

I'm so happy that I was able to find Allie & Paws! I was struggling to find a trusted place for my puppy that was also close to our home. Not only were they accommodating but they also cared to listen to my concerns. They asked me questions and they were patient with Benito (puppy). The location is super clean and stress free which was important to me. Benito was really happy and looks really cute. Nesly was Benito's groomer and she did such a good job!! Benito will be coming back!

Very satisfying on how clean and groomed our doggies came out. Doggies seemed to like it as well. Our chihuahua is a very nervous dog but she seemed calmer and relaxed when I picked her up. Thank you!!

The groomers are caring and patient with both of our Australian Shepherd Labrador mix dogs. The brothers come back happy and relaxed.

When i call this place i thought if they're so nice over the phone then my dog will be fine. I get it my dog had a lot of knots on his fur but i don't think he deserves to get hurt the way he was the worst hurt under his front paw,after they cut him they shower him he got crazy and bite one of the groomer anyway they charge me $40 dollars extra because they told me when i got there,they told me normally they charge $70 but because his furr had a lot of knots they will charge me $20 dollars which i agree so total i suppose to pay $90 i give my husband $100 he call me and told me they charge him $130 because my dog bite her. I will upload the picture i took to my dog.

Found this place while searching on Maps. Needed to find a place closer to home. We're glad we came here. The price for Milo was unbeatable. For Honey it was a bit higher than our old place but we we're still happy with the results. The service was top notch. Staff is amazing and was very caring to our pets. Allie was very helpful and communicative throughout. We recommend this place and will definitely be coming back again. Wish we had the before pics to post lol.
