I had an excellent experience at Aldo’s thanks to Nancy. She was incredibly patient, warm, and polite throughout my visit. Her friendly demeanor instantly made me feel welcome, and she was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions with confidence and care. Went in looking for a shoe, sadly they didn’t have my size. Nancy was the one who helped me figure out a way to make it fit. She added an insole so the shoe fit perfect and felt even better! Also they had great music playing!!

I was window shopping when I was welcomed by Nancy. Her politeness and eagerness to help and get you what you comfortably need went above and beyond with her customer service. I tried on the cute wedges I was looking at, I didn’t seem too happy, until she suggested going a size smaller. I tried them and it looked amazing! I even walked out with a laptop bag 🤣! Thanks for your great customer service Nancy!

Bought three pairs of shoes for store pickup. Waited about two weeks for all of them to get to the store. When I went to pick them up, I was told only two had gotten delivered even though the last pair said it was also delivered. I ended up returning the two that I picked up because they didn’t fit. I went back to the store multiple times and it’s been a month and they told me the shoes never arrived and told me to call customer service to return them. I called customer service and they contacted the store and apparently they had been there the whole time. I came back to the store to return them and I was told to come back another day because the manager was not there. This is the worst customer service and experience I’ve ever had with any company. The staff definitely needs to be trained better on customer service skills.

Needed black mens dress shoes right away for event the next day. Lindsay greeted me cheerfully, displayed expertise in helping me pick out a style to go with my outfit, and made great suggestions as far as fit. She sold me the polish/buffer kit as well. Can't wait to show these shoes off. Thanks!
