We have been using this location for years. Everyone we talked to was kind and helpful! Service was fast and the prices were doable!I have read the two negative reviews and my first thought was what kind of attitude did they have walking in? Being in customer service for a very long time and most time when a customer is unhappy going in to the store they write a bad review. Everyone at one point has a bad day....

Horrible customer service. Rude and annoyed at all times of the day. Usually get upset when you ask a question. This store is not friendly, and will not work with any questions you might have.

Had a credit for a return pallet from their industry location the manager Abraham refused to issue it and was having me go to the other location and wouldn't budge. Same company and the industry office told me they can do it. Wasted time and phone calls finally resolved by industry office by phone. Next time I'll find another place to shop
