I don’t get how this place has More than four starts. From all the offices I been around here this is the worst one. I had to walk out because they take for ever. I was there for more than 30 minutes. They don’t seem to have sense of urgency.

Really? When using a credit card you have to pay a service fee, wait in line on top of your membership? I rather go to the DMV kiosk.

I had my car broken when I pick up my granddaughters from school and I call for the first time, I been a customer for 4 years but they gave me a very quick service they were very profesional also who ever took my phone call was so polite and very patience with me I really appreciated their service I’m very happy with their customer service special the guy who help me his name is Erick Delgado thanks for everything was really quick service ?????

30 minutes waiting for registration service and then the person helping me is clueless with the paperwork. What a waste of time.
This has to be the worst location for AAA.

Wow, is it wrong that I get overly excited when I receive top notch service? The receptionist who greeted and assisted me was so nice! It was at the end of the day and she was STILL very happy and excited to help me. Her server was over the top. I felt a little flustered with my paperwork and I didn't know what I needed to do. She assured me and provided me with guidance. I don't come in to use the DMV services here often , but trust me, I will be after my positive experience today. Thank you Downey AAA!!!

was never told the type of payments the accepted until all the paper work was done I had to step out and get cash then was told I had to get in line again and wait will not be coming back

Had wonderful experience with a worker who works with auto insurance. But the older lady who works at the front desk was very rude. Bad customer service. The young lady with long hair also in the front desk she was very professional. But older lady was very rude just letting you guys.

This review is specifically for for Daniel at the DMV desk. He was very informative, professional and efficient. I went in to pay tags and I received NO monotone condescending "we only accept cash and cc" with a little perceived attitude like I have in the past from other employees when paying my car tags. I've been a member for over 20 years and know what payments are acceptable. He improved my day with his excellent customer service!

If I could give AAA (triple A**holes) and it's employees negative 100 stars, I would. The insurance itself is wayyyyy overpriced for what it actually covers. Trying to get info from AAA is like waiting for the climax of a movie, but the movie itself DRAGGGSSS. In the end all you want is the resolution to happen ASAP because the movie was really NOT WORTH THE HYPE! Like AAA, they are not worth the hype! Customer Service: The downey location has a specific rep- Erika Terani, who does not return calls and when you show up to talk to her in person, she dismisses you with a rude and unprofessional attitude. Sweetheart, if customer service is not your calling, quit your day job because you're not fulfilling your mission/purpose here! When a client needs documents to be mailed or emailed, kindly do your job and provide said documents. I will NEVER waste my time, energy, and money on AAA again.
