Alberto charged me $100 to tailor my daughter’s Halloween costume. Unfortunately, the day of her birthday costume party, the zipper broke. By this time it was too late to take it back to them for last minute repairs, so I called the day after and explained to the lady worker what occurred and she asked me to please bring it in so I did. I came in a couple of days later and Alberto was extremely rude unwilling to help me rectify the situation. He put the blame on me and started to get loud and hostile. I asked him to please refrain from yelling but he told me too bad that’s just the way he talks so he continued yelling. Very unprofessional behavior and thieves if you ask me. $100 to tailor a 7 year olds costume AND for the quality to be this bad is a disgrace.

The reviews about Alberto being rude and unprofessional are correct. There is no doubt he is a great tailor but he lacks customer service skills. He is impatient and pushy. He also over charged me. It was my first time getting a work button up shirt tailored so I wasn't aware that he over charged me so much until I did my research. However I was satisfied with my shirt and would have continued business with him had he not been so unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I called for a quote in the morning and brought in my pants to be hemmed by 1 PM. It was done in 15 minutes but I had to get back to work so I picked it up at 4.45 PM, 15 minutes to closing. The person helping me was really nice and I paid $12 for a same day job. Great service, great prices. Would definitely come here again.

Recommended...Just like the best tacos are found in a hole in the wall, the work they put in their craft speaks for itself. Customer service is good. You tell them what you need, they get it done in a timely manner. Fixed my daughters favorite dress, fixed my favorite shorts, husbands jean pants and Military blues and bought one of their suits. Price is good too.

I never write reviews. You can literally go to my profile and see that this is the only review I've ever written. And I'm writing it to say that all the 1 star reviews on here are very accurate. The shop owner got mad because I showed up and then I asked him "you don't want me here?" And he said "what do you want and when do you need it because I have a lot of work already" then when I told him what I needed he tried to charge me double what I would pay anywhere else. Very rude, very unprofessional.

It's like clockwork at the end of the year graduation is near . Always a lot of Young men here getting fitted for prom or some sort of quinceanera. I was literally getting a lottery ticket next door when I finally decided to come inside. This is definitely an option for someone on a budget. Found this tie and handkerchief for five dollars. Of course I got it. It's kind of hard to match a dress from a picture last minute. I wanted him to have options.

the man at the counter was extremely antagonizing and hostile. he made several rude and accusatory remarks. not to mention, he completely ignored my wishes and tailored my clothing incorrectly. don't come here unless u want to be over charged, antagonized, and have a poor experience overall.

One of the best tailoring in town. He has knowledge of military uniforms and tailors everything according 670-1. I highly recommend military members to come here.

Old man running this place is a joke. As soon as we get to this place he treats us like garbage. Acts all royalty and retarded. Wants people to pick an outfit fast and leave. With that attitude he should definitely just retired. Customer service ain’t his thing and will never be his thing.
