I paid for an Horchata drink, it was not good, it was rancid, its as if they haven't changed the drink in weeks. When I was serving myself the drink, after filling the cup, I noticed some gloop of the drink fall from the machine. I went back to the store and got a different one and told the owners about it. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend going to this store, and instead going to a different one.

They guys are always rude and never give you time to put in your reward phone points number. Even when there not busy and no one's in line behind me. when I ask them some even ignored me.

Very empty! It's peaceful to visit. Everything seems to be pretty clean and updated and staff seem to be pretty polite. I like buying the lottery tickets here. For some reason I have good luck with the scratchers. Good luck!

The guy Working late on Sat night wouldn't let my service dog inside. I told him my dog is friendly and doesn't bite. He still had the audacity to ask me "are you sure?"Like I'm gonna lie, and risk an accident happening. And he wouldnt accept my coupon for cigarettes, I still asked him to scan and it worked but he refused. Really rude, judgemental, and assumes way too much. Why so salty bro?

Came in to get myself a drink before my Dr's Appointment and my boyfriend had asked the employee if the slurpee machines were on/working. The guy did not say a word and barely even nodded. Me and my boyfriend looked at each other like ok??? Anyways, I decided to just get a cup of ice to put my own water in and my boyfriend then asked how much would the cup be the guy didn't even turn to look at him and by the sounds of it didn't even want to even answer him. He tells him the price he then heads over to the register so he can pay for it and I stay by the drink machines looking for straws but all were empty so I was like ok they ran out whatever's not a big deal. I get to the register I grab the cup and the employee literally throws a straw on the counter. Lmfao I don't know what this guys deal is but I mean why work a job you don't like. First and last time at this location. Oh well lol.

Told the guy I wanted separate transactions so I can redeem my points. He completely ignored me and charged me so he can make his money. What’s the point of having an app with points to redeem if the employees aren’t going to allow you to redeem them?
