I'll be honest, this 711 is one of the cleanest I've seen! I don't normally comment on 711 or stores but kudos to sunny making this spot pristine. Just seeing the place shine like this don't make me think twice to buy a hotdog, most of the 711 I been u kinda think twice buying food. But here it's really clean, and honestly I hope most 711 are like this.. salute to sunny. Great job!

My favorite 7-11 in the city of Downey!!! Super friendly employees and they always have fresh hot food. The store is super clean/organized. Coffee is always fresh and available. Singh is the sweetest man ever & he always makes my laugh when I am in there !! The parking is wide open which makes it easy to access the store. Also, they have an amazing pick up station for Amazon, it makes it easier on customer like myself to safely pick up my packages!!!! I suggest you visit them.

One of the guy that works here tends to constantly say no to the big gulp prices and insists the only way to get the deal is if I use my accumulated posts.I've gone to other locations where the cashier will try and say the same thing until another cashier overhears the conversation and says all they have to do is select a button on the machine... but for some reason, this guy won't do it.Its unfortunate that the powerade wasn't available at my other locations I frequent. Would have preferred going elsewhere.Even drove out of the way for this location only to get slammed with this.Its a shame that either not all workers are up to date on policy or procedure or they just don't want to offer advertising costs...I literally went to another 7 eleven yesterday and got the deal honored, but then again I was at one of my favorite locations, that had a worker that knows what he is doing.More often than not, it tends to be the exact same guy that does this. When I go to this location and there is a different cashier, they honor the deal.SMH with that guy that works the night shift

I just left this place after being mistreated by the cashier who claims to be the manager AND the owner. He let the client behind me go first to charge him for his things and made me wait AGAIN. I told him there was rude of him to ignore me like that and let someone else skip the line because he knew them. He said it was miscommunication. When I asked to speak to the manager and he let me know that he is the manager. I than ask for his boss contact information and he said that he was the owner of the 7-Eleven here. If you were the owner, you would handle things a lot better and accommodate to your clients needs. Mind you, I'm already in a rush because this was my lunch break. I ended up leaving with NOTHING. Not even an apology. I would like to speak to his boss immediately to further explain the situation.
