The service here is second to none. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and found the most deductions possible which saved me a ton of money on my taxes. Plus everyone is so genuinely kind and friendly.

Came here to amend my taxes and I am so happy I found this place. Everyone was really nice and professional. Gabe was my tax adjuster and he is the best. I literally wanted to hug him after he fixed my taxes I was so happy. I will definitely come back here for all my tax needs, it is really worth it.

What can I say, the positive reviews for 1st Choice are spot on. My expectations were high going in, so it made for my experience to have to reflect their 5 star rating, through every step in the process. Fortunately every part of my visit was smooth, from the initial point of contact with the receptionist, to the waiting room amenities, and finally to the actual tax preparation. Gabriel was the utmost professional, providing guidance and suggestions at every opportunity. I call him a "tax n**** endearingly only because he has a genuine interest in tax code, current laws and genuinely helping people. Many tax preparers just go through the motions but Gabriel frequently looked over past returns and letters I've received from the IRS and laid out his understanding of my entire tax situation without me even having to ask.His rates are competitive and reasonable, and the service exceeded what I actually paid. I might be shooting myself in the foot here for saying that, but it's true!Lastly, the office have several inspirational quotes painted on the walls and as hangings. In a way these quotes reflect the values that drive the business and it's apparent that each employee sees their role integral to the service this establishment provides. Another 5 star review, thank you Gabriel and staff!

Hands down the best decision Ive made is using 1st choice for my business & personal taxes. I rarely write Yelp reviews, but I can't stress the importance of using these guys for your taxes & book keeping. When I was looking for someone to do my accounting for my business, CPA's charge so much I had no idea what I was going to do because I couldn't afford their fees. I came across 1st choice and their prices are so reasonable. I've set up 1 on 1's with Jesus a few times now, and I learn so much in our 1 on 1 meetings regarding my business finances. Extremely helpful, gives great advice, does not lie or cut corners. These guys are extremely professional and honest. I also work alongside Hannah who has amazing customer service, always answers anytime I call or email and have a questions, explains everything so thoroughly. These guys are the best, trust me!

This was my first time ever filing at this office and I am so happy with my experience. The office was clean, the front desk was so friendly and accommodating, and Jesus got me a REALLY nice refund. 100% coming next tax season and looking forward to it.

I’ve been here twice for finger printing. They are very nice and professional. All the staff are pleasant people. I brought my mom here for her finger printing, the service was quick. I was worried they were going to have to cut her off, because shes quite a chatter box and I noticed the staff was nice enough to listen and talk to her. That was awesome! Luckily we didn’t stay long =) lol thanks guys!

Okay ,so I made an appointment a few days ago with Kenya and though we went through everything and an email was sent for confirmation for my appointment, I had the assumption that I had an appointment on March 9th at 10:00 a.m. Kenya had the assumption that I wanted an appointment for the Following week which was for the 16thbof March on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. Neither one of us confirmed a Date.. we just went with the flow.So, I took off of work and showed up. Well yelpers reading come to realization that I didn't have an appointment. However, Eva the manager was able to squeeze me in at 11:00am, so I went to go get something to eat and came back. let me tell you with my experience and these five stars is very rare that I give , you have to have given me Great Customer Service and or Good Food lol.I left out of the office not having one question. Everything was very thorough I was greeted, I felt actually very comfortable, however they do not give rates or fees over the phone because every individual is very different. My situation I did pay a little bit more than what I normally use to paying and this was fine.Karen, Eva, Kenya are awesome .Thank you so much and I'll be back next year and I definitely will be referring anybody who needs to come and this is honestly speaking from having my taxes last year having to be amended by the IRS because my tax preparer made an error or two (who I was referred to by a family member,after my tax preparer passed away ...and going to her for 29years. Yup 29years.)..Karen, I'm sure you are a great asset to this organization and I hope that you stay -your approach your aura it's awesome and I'll definitely love to have you as my tax preparer every year .Eva, thank you very much Please make sure you go and yelp this bakery Thome's bakery on Clark and Rosecrans.Kenya you rock and next time I will confirm the date and the time and your astrology sign lol jkkkkI am Beyond Grateful

Yelp only allows 5 stars but I would rate 10 if possible!After 21 years of settling with mediocre tax preps and accountants, I finally found someone who is willing too invest their time in getting to know me and my financial situation so that they can provide the Absolute Best service. 1st Choice is THE ONLY CHOICE for me and most of my friends and family now as well. The entire Staff is always incredibly friendly and willing to accommodate to my busy schedule and happily answers any questions to help assist along the way. Claudia is not only Gorgeous but an absolute Godsend whom is Incredibly intelligent and Savvy when it comes to current laws and business options to best suit my personal needs. I am so very thankful for her and the relationship I now have with 1st Choice. Trust is Key when having someone prepare and guide you through what can be a challenging and nerve-racking time deciding how to properly complete taxes. I appreciate all the hard work that Claudia and her entire staff put in every year for me and my family. I have looked forward to my appointment every year for the last 5 years and will always endorse 1st Choice for anyone who needs a trusting Accounting Service or Tax Preparation Specialist. Thank You!

My husband & I have been coming to Claudia since the beginning of time! She has been the best of the best & will do everything to help her client's. We walk away more than satisfied.
