“Ever since I watched some YouTubes on the business model of Dollar General, I've been very curious to step inside one.We made a brief pit stop here on our long car ride from Bend to San Francisco just to check out the inside.I was quite impressed with how well it was stocked! They had just about everything and an abundance of it too! I didn't explore Dorris, CA, but wow, the town of ~1000 can actually go through their weekly inventory.I loved how friendly and knowledgeable the girl at the register was. I love exploring small towns and getting insight from the locals.Dollar General really does have the remote areas of the market cornered.”

“Worth the detour into town to stock up when camping. I thought I was entering a convenience store, but this is a full grocery store, and well stocked - from fresh meats and vegetables, to crushed and block ice. The owner was working there, and was extremely helpful. Even helped me carry my ice to the car. A very pleasant experience!”
