Actually zero would be a truer rating. Horrible bank with Horrible service and an incompetent clueless staff. Take your business elsewhere - like Travis Credit Union. This is a dinky little hole in the wall "branch" in the entrance to a Safeway. It seems that the staff here aren't trained because they don't seem to know what they are doing: What took me less than 15 minutes to successfully accomplish 1 block away at Travis, Wells couldn't do in over an hour. With no manager on site they left me with an incomplete transaction that I had to return to complete the next day and on top of it after stringing me on for 73 minutes, they closed all their windows and refused to let me me cash a $25 check. Went back the next day; Manager not there when I arrived..she walked in 5 minutes later. She says that they had done all the work needed that morning to finish up my business and that all was ready to finish what they couldn't do the previous day and followed with a bunch of made up excuses including my favorite the ubiquitous "system problems," just pure horse hoo-hoo. After another hour + during which time the supervisor from the previous day made the excuse that she wasn't a teller and had never done this kind of transaction before (If that was true, why had she been advising the teller about how to do it the previous day) & their scanner not working (did they try one of the other three at the branch? - no! - they just kept on doing the same thing over and over and over and over... When all was said and done I asked for the regional manager's mailing address and was told by the manager that she didn't know what it was (???) and she would have him call me, later - so he could pick and choose what was documented about this fiasco? I don't think so! After insisting that I be given his contact information I was finally supplied with an email address. All and all it took Wells an exasperating two and a half hours to do what Travis completed in less that 15 minutes with no fuss. I had been a high balance customer of this "branch" for over 12 years and they treated me like trash. I concluded that they don't want my business - they will get their wish...

Top of the line customer service! The entire staff really makes sure they help me with all my banking needs and even accommodated with my specific customer needs and request. I appreciate this branch and wanted to give a big thank you to Lupita and Annie for making my request to expedite my cards possible before my trip!

Just a bank in a grocery store. Never had to wait to long for my transactions. Friendly people with a friendly smile. Dunno why people gave them 1-star. Haters.
