Best Walmart to go shopping in the area. Clean, usually quiet, not really ever busy. Plenty of parking.

Listen... I prefer the online ordering from this stores good selection. But this last experience SHOOK me. My mother in law recently had an issue with her soundbar a few weeks ago when the HDMI Arc Failed... leaving SPDIF optical as an option. Saw one at this physical WalMart on the app for 6.50, but it was after 8pm. No Biggie, just go in the car and grab one off the rack. Get there: $15.75 (wait nearly over 2.5 times higher) Took 20 minutes to flag someone down and get it price matched,
Now I know what you are saying: Why not four stars? Price Disparity (Online versus In-Store) is a HUGE "No-No" in the year 2024.
Loss of one star for the shock and Loss of the other for having to waste the additional time to have this fixed in the first place.
But the people, as always, were awesome... but it really was a bummer.

I had a bad experience with one of the tellers. I wish I would've gotten her name.. Older white lady on number 9 register. She was vert rude, kept saying little things to me and my son who is very well behaved. My son was looking at a toy near her register and as I'm putting my wallet in my purse and gathering everything she quickly says he need to put the toy back. Lady, I know! I'm not going to let my son steal it. But if you are a parent you know it's best to take toys away at the very last second so the crying can start as your leaving. She was very rude and not helpful. I fony know why some people work customer service when they have no people skills.
I did speak to the manager who was very very nice and pleasant and Said she will speak to the lady. Hopefully the lady fixes her attitude.

So this is the second time I’ve gotten stopped. The service there used to be better but last 6 months maybe they got desperate to hire?
Staff is extremely rude. I went through self checkout and bought a baby gate and some hot head guy comes up and stand so close to me then puts a “heavy” sticker on my baby gate box (as if I didn’t know man? I put it in my cart) then he asked me if my cooler/ backpack was mine or something I need to purchase. Clearly the bad is used …. I hate being accused of something. Another time a 5 tier shelf was apparently put in the wrong spot. I thought it was 29 but turns out it was actually more. The department leader basically accused my husband and I of moving the product to get a cheaper price saying she can check the camera!
How freaking rude! Then she personally walked us out and checked out receipt by the door! That’s rude.
This used to be a pleasant Walmart but apparently they got desperate and sales have slowed because their service sucks!
The only plus side to going there is the calm smiling Asian man who never checks receipts! He always waves and smiles
