This review is just for the self-serve dog wash, which is new.
If you have a dog you can pick up, you won't find a better value for what is offered. The tubs are a good size and your dog can be fully enclosed or you can leave the "door" open for better access. This is also the only self-serve I have been to (and I make it an objective to try all of them in Solano and Napa Counties) that has grooming tables. The shampoos seemed good quality, not watered down like some of them seem to be at some self-serves. The blowers are average. The only self-serve I have been too with really good blowers is Rub-a-dub in American Canyon. It's also nice that it's in the back in a room separate from the hustle and bustle.
The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that I don't have a dog I can pick up. I have a senior giant breed dog and a senior large dog. My giant girl is too old to jump that high into the tub, and I can't lift her. If a kind stranger hadn't been grooming at the same time and offered to help, I would have needed to turn around and go ask for a refund. There is a ramp, but it is very steep and slippery. There was no way either of my dogs, who have used other ramps, could use that one.
This isn't the only self-serve that isn't really accessible for large dogs. It's really unfortunate, because large and giant breeds are harder to wash at home, more expensive to have groomed professionally, and therefore most likely to seek a self-serve situation.

The staff at the Dixon tractor supply location did fantastic helping my wife and I, with knowledgeable help in the products and suggested we have the item deliver - which we did with a small amount of money- I purchased and then had it delivered to our house - a very heavy & hard to move yard feature. I highly recommend using their delivery service. Diego and his team did a fantastic job. Thank you so much for your dedicated work to the customers of tractor supply.

Love this place but.....Why you not open up earlier? It's the best place in Dixon to get your farm supplies, welding, tools, work clothes. Just open up earlier.

Went in yesterday 8/12/23, to get some feed storage containers. Just after walking in an an employee by the name of "big Dan" I believe, asked if we needed any help. He found me 2, 35lb feed containers I needed. After getting them picked out I stopped to look at gun safes. Dan offered to open one up so I could look inside and see the lay out. I ended up getting it purchased and I'm waiting for a call for the delivery. I'll update this post after the delivery. All in all a solid and friendly encounter. Thanks BD!
