An honest trustworthy auto shop exists? Yes! We had a car towed to Superior Auto Body after an accident nearby which at least rendered one of the tires flat and perhaps more unseen damage. We were warmly greeted by Brian that morning. He took us around the back where the car was and assessed the damage. We were upfront with him that the car is old (10 years old) and not worth much. If the cost of repairs exceeded the approximate value of the car then we would want to just scrap the car. I appreciate how transparent this shop is. (Price for labor is clearly posted on the wall.) Brian was upfront with us breaking down the estimate for what would be bare minimum repairs he would do for safety if it were his own family car. This was just from what he could see before taking it up on the lift to inspect the underside. It was already running up close to our budget to replace two wheels, two tires, fox the front bumper and an alignment. So even though it meant we would not want to spend the money on the old car he was very understanding and we never felt pressured. He even asked to make sure we were okay from the accident, offered water/coffee, and spoke to his boss who offered to let us keep the car parked on their property for a couple days for free since it could take some time to sort these things out. They are good, honest people. If I were ever in a situation in that area again I'd love to give them my business and highly recommend them.

Was driving home on 80 and the shield under my car came loose. Found Superior and they couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Took my car in right away and did the repair. Price was more than reasonable. All this knowing I would likely not be a return customer (live 2 hours away), and really couldn't help by referring anyone. That is GREAT service!

The shield under my car came loose while I was driving on 80, and after a couple of helpful interventions, I was referred to Superior to finish the job to ensure it was safe to drive on the freeway. They took me right in, fixed the issue and the cost was more than reasonable. I live two hours from the shop, so wasn't going to be a repeat customer, or refer them any business, but they still went out of their way to be kind, helpful and honest with pricing. This is GREAT service! I highly recommend.

My catalytic converter had been stolen and I needed it fixed fast. AAA recommended Superior Auto Body in Dixon so I went with them based upon the great reviews I found online. Initially I was given fast and friendly service, but when my car was not ready on the date it was quoted at, I called the place only to find out they had not received the parts and did not know where they were. I was annoyed at not having been told this. They called back saying the place where the parts had been ordered from did not have any and they had requested from an alternate place. An additional week would have to go by. The part was installed fine but I was not pleased by the lack of communication and slow service.

Recently took my wife's car in for paint repair and before picking up the car we were informed that the car had to be taken to the dealer because of a backup sensor error messages due to the car being driven at the body shop while the bumper and sensors were removed. We were charged an additional $250 on top of our original estimate for the calibration that was done at the dealer due to superiors mistake of driving the vehicle with the sensors removed and their inability to reset the computer with their equipment. I expressed my opinion that I felt the mistake should be handled by the body shop and they were unwilling to accept any responsibility or offer any resolution other than us paying the full amount. We have used and referred people to superior through the years and unfortunately will take my vehicles elsewhere in the future.

This is the only place I will get my car fixed... I guess you would call me very unlucky when it comes to minor car accidents... I've been hit multiple times and I've been here all of those times because they will fix your car right... I drive from Sacramento here because I love how thorough and the quality of work that they do here... Darren has been amazing, They will keep you updated on your car and they stand by their work. I recommend this place to all my family and friends.
