I was looking to sell my car to a dealership and shopped around several local and regional dealership options. Ultimately, I landed on Ron DuPratt Ford for multiple reasons. Marcos was my point of contact and he made the process so simple and frictionless that after the transaction, I was really happy with the decision. He was great with communication, mindful of my time, did all the paperwork in advance of my arrival, and made for an overall positive experience. If there is a future opportunity to interact with a dealership, either to purchase a Ford or sell them a used car, I'd go back here first.

Years ago, I ordered a new van and paid cash at ron dupratt ford. When we went to pick up the van, the sales treated us terribly. We were very disappointed at our poor treatment.About two months ago, we went on a family vacation and the transmission started having issues. We made it back home expecting to break down on the side of the freeway. We brought it to the ron dupratt service department where they determined that we need a new transmission. Even though it only had 72k miles and is in pristine condition, it was outside of the warranty. I am going to have to pay 6K to replace the transmission. Because there are 60 transmissions on back order, we are going to have to 6mos to a year to get it fixed. Very disappointing! The tranny should not go out at 72k miles. Neither Ford or ron dupratt will do anything to make it right.

Just purchased a 2022 Ford Mustang Mach 1. Jonathan and Ron helped me every step of the way. Extremely happy with the purchase. I can't say enough good things about Ron Dupratt Ford and the team. Jonathan was responsive, communicated well and was very knowledgeable. This truck has been nothing short of a nightmare. It's been in the shop the last 3 of the 6 months I've owned it. Thank god I bought the extended Ford warranty otherwise I would be out over $8000 in repairs. What a crap show this has been. One example is I asked them to inspect the exhaust manifolds (prior to signing the purchase agreement) for an exhaust leak on cold start up and was told their mechanic looked at it and it was fine. Another dealership easily noticed that both exhaust manifolds were leaking and needed replacement. I will not be recommending you or your dealership. I under this is a used vehicle but don't lie to me. Who inspects your vehicles prior to sale?

I only take my vehicle to the fleet center for all the work I need on my 2012 F-150 and our other vehicles the guys are experienced and know what they are doing with my vehicles I feel like the customer service they provide is far more superior than the front part of the dealership service shop.Service: Oil change

I would not shop at this dealer again. First off, my wife and I drove down on a rainy Saturday to see a vehicle. The car was dead and had to jumpstart since it was sitting in their parking lot for a while.The vehicle was listed for 18500 and I had asked the sales manager if he would be willing to make a deal for 17500. At this point he already ran my credit, gathered income, so we shook on it and got the deal. We were excited we would be receiving a great deal from this dealership. During signing, we were very surprised and excited we would be driving with our new used vehicle and then the same Sales Manager came in while we were in the middle of signing and came in with some bs excused that the car has engine problems. During the test drive the car drove well and we left the car running for 20 min. The car didn't have any problems. This was around 530pm on a Saturday and their service department was closed, but somehow the sales manager who is apparently a certified mechanic can diagnose vehicles. The dealer itself canceled the sale on a bs excuse of having "engine problems" but in reality it's because the Sales Manager regretted owning up that he just sold the car at a great price to a consumer because he was out negotiated. If the manager told me, " unfortunately, I don't want to sell the car at that price" I would've respected the dealership more. Not a sleazy tactic to get out of a sale in the middle of signing for the vehicle. My credit was ran so now my wife and I have an inquiry and 3 hours of our life wasted. It has been 3 days since the attempt to purchase. The dealer even took the car down, and re posted it and it is now available for sale again. Don't go to this dealership. Prices are nice, but the dealers and vehicles have deficiencies.

Apparently being a loyal customer at Ron Duprat Ford means nothing to them purchasing multiple vehicles and having a car service there does not give you any edge on receiving the minimal customer service expectations! They make promises that they do not keep. Service department, nobody answers the phone, they tell you they're going to leave your car outside so you can pick it up, doesn't happen. I had a friend of mine take me up to pick up my truck one evening from them where we drove around for an hour looking for the truck and never found it. I was told the next day that they had put it back into the shop on accident, never apologized and didn't acknowledge that I spent my time looking for their mistake. Then they promised they would bring me the vehicle, never heard from him the next day, never heard from him the day after, I called the service department nobody answers the phone. A nightmare of service I would not bring your car there to get serviced or to purchase a vehicle!

I've been looking for a new F150 for almost a year now. I've looked from Santa Rosa, Roseville, Fairfield, Ukiah and everywhere in between. Every single one of these dealers wanted a ridiculous "dealer markup"/"sucker fee" which I refused to pay. Just when I was going to give up I found the truck I wanted at Ron DuPratt Ford in Dixon. So I called and asked what was the price. When I was told MSRP I thought I heard wrong so I had to ask again to make sure. I had the please of working with Rebeccah Hartley and Cesar Gomez. They responded promptly to all my questions and were super friendly and helpful. I was given a fair deal for my trade in and walked out with my new truck and a good experience which is rare when buying a new car. Basically if you are looking for a new Ford and rather not put up with nonsense and pay s***** fees this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

I was referred here by a family friend and when looking for what we wanted, not only did the recommendation help but honestly Ron DuPratt was the only dealer within 50 miles that had in stock, on the lot, what we were looking for - I mean, even had options! I inquired about the truck online - Rebeccah and Cesar quickly reached out - sent me video and window stickers of the vehicles I was interested in. Filled out the credit app and within a short time after I had the numbers. Popped up on the lot with no warning just to get a gander and make sure this is what we wanted - within minutes we test drove and started the paperwork. We were in and out within a couple of hours and frankly it would have been shorter if we were prepared and cleaned out or car for trade and given the dealer heads up :) There were no games, no b.s. - definitely not the typical car sales experience. We are a Ford family for life, but now we are Ron DuPratt Ford family for life - Cesar was great and had all the answers we needed concerning what the car could handle and our needs. I would say that Ron DuPratt exemplifies what Ford stands for and it's a great duo - if you need a car or truck this is where you need to go - Cesar will get you rolling in no time!
