I love the fact that it's easy to get a hold of my agent or if they're busy they give me a call back the same day. They genuinely care about their customers and take the extra time to ensure I fully understand my insurance policies and benefits.

My husband has Allstate Insurance for-ever! His agent was located in Roseville. When Vicky opened her branch in Dixon, we started dropping payments off there. Every once in awhile we'd have a question and stopped in to ask because aof the convenience. She wasn't our agent, but she always helped us and always very professional. When our agent retired, our policy was transferred to another agent. We decided then that we wanted Vicky to be our agent. Lorraine, another agent in the office, is just as awesome and helpful. I really like that when I call, they know me. Highly recommend this business!
