Yesterday it was pouring rain when one of my windshield wiper blades broke. I stopped in at this location, and Andrew went and got the wiper blades I needed. Then, even though it was pouring rain, he offered to put them on for me. He invited me to stay inside and dry while he took care of everything. Thank you, Andrew!

Went to O'Reilly to get some wiper blades. The ones I needed were not in stock but employee RAFA accommodated me and had them delivered to the store within a few hours. Once I returned for the blades RAFA was more than helpful assiting me change out the adapters.To say the least, RAFA provided excellent customer service!!
