and elderly lady that worka there that wears glasses it’s the worst person bad customer service she doesn’t have no passion i won’t ever come here no wonder they don’t have customers its the worst place if you go to do your nails yo have some you time with this lady that works there you wont yave a good time i won’t go there no more i see why other local nails have more clients because here they don’t have good manners i won’t ever go here i hope they should fired here and for sure they will have more customers there because it beautiful place but with the customer service they give you makes it the worst place i won’t ever come if i can give her a zero i would
Cleanliness: the worst place ever if they can fire the lady with the glasses it would make it a good business place no wonder they don’t have as many customers as the other nail spa it’s always empty because i experience bad customer service and i went to the other nail salon and it’s full i see why i hate this place please save some time and go to the one that its on the safeway plaz next to tacos jalisco that place it’s always full but great customer service not like this one always empty and bad customer service i hope they would fire the old lady with the glasses don’t go here

Came in with my mom after we visited Vanda thai next door( I think I have the name right) give them a try the food is so good. So we needed pedicures. It had been a minute. I had a gentleman. No one introduced themselves so I do not know his name. My mom had an older lady. My toes were cleaned well. I wasn't cut( I have meaty toes). I had to turn my massage chair on myself( I forgot about it and didn't turn it on until mid service ( my fault but not really). My feet were not scrubbed well, you could still see some dead skin. The massage was nice but shoupd have been longer. I paid $40 for a gel pedicure since it was raining. Eh. I still had to go home and scrub feet. I thought my mom was getting a better service since hers was taking longer. My mom does no polish, so when the lady said she was done my mom pulled her foot up and was scraping dead skin. Hmmm wth so yall scrubbers suck. We had just done feet peels last month so our feet were not terrible. The lady gone hand her the scrubber and say you can take it home. Yeah. Nope nope. Not the cleanest spot. I would have left after I walked in but my mom wanted to go. But never again can she pick.

I have been coming here for years, since 2019 and the service is always great! I just got acrylics done, and I love them! They always do it exactly how I want and service is quick.

Nora is wonderful! She does a quick and fantastic job and I'm so glad to have found a good nail salon in dixon. Even when there was an idea I wanted and it wasn't able to be accomplished, she figured out how to do another design that had the same vibes and I always love my nails. These nails are already a week out and still look fantastic. Thank you Nora!

Only place I've been to that actually shapes and designs nails to my personal liking, true professionalism with speed and quality of the work. I'm very happy I found this spot.

I am very sad to write this review because I am new to Dixon, and I thought I found my new nail salon. I came in for a pedicure, an older lady was doing a pedicure right next to me. She then went directly from the girl next to me (with the same gloves, files, etc.) No hand washing, no glove change....NOTHING!!! I was so grossed out. When I asked her to change her gloves she refused, and continued to try to take polish off my toes. I had to ask another employee if her could mention to her about the gloves (thinking it could have been language barrier) but NOPE she understood English. She was just rude & NASTY! Now unfortunately I will NEVER be back. Glove changing in between touching different customers feet is not too much to ask for!!!! I will be reporting them because that's just disgusting!

Went in after work today, I called to see if they had time for a fill. They take walk-ins but I figured I'd call to see if they were busy/had time. The lady on the phone was really nice and told me to head on over. I got a short square full set a couple weeks ago and I went in today to get a fill and new color. I didn't get the lady's name when I came in 2 weeks ago but she did a really good job. Today I went in and the guy that did my nails was Tim. He did a really great job. Good service, I really like his application, and he was also fast! They came out perfect. I took a little longer to rinse my nails (when you rinse your nails before they add the gel polish) because I was just admiring how perfect they shape was! :)

I have been going to Nora and her crew over the last twenty years. They do an incredible job on whatever you may want and the staff is very friendly. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

Had a great time getting my nails done here. Best to make an appointment because they are very busy Fridays and Saturdays. It was 48$ for my set and my mom got cat eye nails. Hers were also 48$. They use a magnet to make the cat eye show up on the nail.
