If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a part 2 weeks ago. They said it would be there in 2 days. 4 days went by so I tried calling, no one answers the phone. After a week I got a call saying the part was delivered to store. The lady asked me to come in before 5pm to pick it up. (They close at 6) so I got off work early and when I showed up the store was closed. I tried to call the next morning, phone won’t even ring. I went to the store before 5 again no one was there. I went the next 2 days around 10am and no one was there again! What’s going on with this place. I need my car parts I paid for ! This is very unprofessional. I definitely don’t recommend Napa auto parts you might as well go across the street to oreilly or autozone.

Needed 2 identical belts for my ag mower. I checked the part number for one belt but not the 2nd belt. Then, the 2nd belt was a different size. That's on me. When I took the wrong belt back to get the right belt, on the phone, they said: "They had the right belt in stock." When I got there, it wasn't in stock,"but they could have it by the end of the day or tomorrow morning at the latest." I went ahead and ordered 3 belts to have two backups. 10 days later, I still do not have my belts! Ridiculous. I ended up getting the belts from Amazon for half the price in 2 days.

People don't know how to cross reference parts here, they do not want to help nor have the desire to even try. The owner is money hungry and instead of appreciating local business that keeps him open, he just rips you off. They're very rude and short with you and won't accept certain things as returns but don't tell you that when you purchase the item. Even the owner is rude, but CESAR is the worst. Buyer beware! Terrible terrible! All well, lesson learned and just won't shop here, O'Reily is right next door and cheaper and they know a lot more. :)
