Mediocre selection. The new owners are unfriendly and borderline rude. Prices are ok but in many cases don't carry the basics to make cocktails. Miss the brothers that used to run the store as they were always friendly and ready with recommendations.

Full secondary or more on most allocated bourbon and they tell me "it's a good price". Good selection otherwise if you are willing to pay $$$$$$$

I ordered an unusual brandy tonight off this store's website. They said it was in stock and would be delivered the next hour. I paid and it went on my credit card immediately. When the delivery window passed I tried calling the store repeatedly. It clicked over to an automated message saying to call back another time. When 2 hours had passed I went to the store. Adrian was unfamiliar with the product and made a quick walk down one isle and said "it is somewhere around here." Of course, it wasn't. He kept passing me over to help other customers instead of giving me the common courtesy of looking up the product, trying to find it, or any action considered customer friendly. He said it would be shipped on Tuesday from another location and didn't seem to comprehend that delivery and shipping are two different things. Salem is the manager of this young man and clearly has not trained him how to provide customer service. He offered me my money back and did nothing to erase the transaction. He refused to put it back on my credit card and gave me cash, which I did not want. This whole experience was disturbing and left me with guests at home waiting for a product that was completely misrepresented. I had never been here before and would never return. What a waste of time!

Been coming here for years and they always have the best selection of wine, spirits, and snacks! The owner and his sons are the most genuine, kind people that make you feel welcome every time you walk in the store. Great location, convenient parking.... 10/10 recommend!
