Had an issue that's never happened before involving my hotspot device I've had for a while now. I decided to come in to see if it could get resolved and immediately got help, they were very nice and understanding. The issue I was dealing with got fixed as well.

I went in today to upgrade my old Motorola Ace. The representative who helped me was patient enough to transfer my contents including photos, WhatsApp and contacts along with Facebook.
I will definitely be back to upgrade my next phone ?
Also connected me with a new tablet in my account with the new promotion ?

I walked with my old deice that was frozen on the screen I thought I needed a new phone however the rep took their time and helped me resolved the issue I was facing. I will definitely be back and recommend my friends and family ☺️

This was the most negative experience I have ever experienced when going to any METRO PCS Store. The lady that was working at the time of my visit was extremely rude. She offered little to no assistance or information when I asked about one of the Advertisements that I had seen on T.V., she was short/rude when responding to any of my questions, and what really bothered me was that in mid conversation another couple came in and she abruptly turned and began engaging in conversation in Spanish with the couple, totally just ignoring our current conversation and my questions. Never in my Life have I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in any Professional Establishment. I will never visit this store again, and quite frankly I am very disappointed in Metro PCS.
