Last year was our first time meeting Guerrero Tax , we were referred by our good friends and loved her as soon as we met her. Wish we found her sooner and she's accommodating us today as we waited till the last minute and we're very appreciative of her taking time at the last minute. Very personable and welcoming.

I met with Hortencia for the first time as I was referred to by a friend. She was extremely professional, timely and efficient. I am so happy that I found her; My only regret is that I did not find her sooner. If you are looking for a great tax preparer she is the person to go too!

Ms. Guerrero does a great job when preparing your taxes....when you can get in touch with her. In 2022 I called her several times to set up a time to prepare my taxes for 2021. She never returned my calls and only happen to catch her leaving her office so I set up an appointment. Last year I called numerous times and never received a call back. I still haven't filed my 2022 taxes. I don't think I'll try her again this year because she never calls me back. When she prepared my taxes she did a great job with a reasonable price but it's just too hard to contact her.

Hortencia is a tax life saver! I had a high volume of tax needs that I needed to get done and Hortencia expertly and efficiently took care of all of them in one sitting! I am so grateful for her and her knowledge because on top of two years worth of taxes that she did, she educated me along the process of what to look out for during the year, so the next time I get my taxes done, I can be confidently prepared and ready to go. I highly recommend Hortencia.

I've had my taxes done by Hortensia for 16 years. I had an appointment for 4/7/22 at 9:00 AM. I arrived to find a young couple there. Hortensia told me her assistant put me in for the following week and she took the other people. I knew something was wrong. When I came back for my taxes her assistant, Liz, told me Hortensia booked another couple without telling Liz and put them in the book after me. Liz showed me the appointment book and I saw for myself that I was the first one booked for 4/7. Hortensia lied to me and she lied about Liz. I don't trust this woman.

Excellent customer service from the moment you walk into the office! My tax preparer, Hortencia G. is absolutely amazing. She is quick, detailed and super friendly. I love to hear her stories when we meet :) I walk out of the office in less than 20 minutes with my prepared taxes. I highly recommend Guerrero Tax.

Having newly bought a house in 2019 we needed to have our taxes "professionally" done. We don't understand very much about taxes and she didn't fill us in on any possible write offs and we just accepted that we owed a few thousand. Now that we think about it she didn't ask us very many questions about our situation and come to find out recently, she didn't even put in a change of address for our new house. That seems like a pretty big detail to miss. My husband even went back in and told her husband it had our old address and he said "It doesn't matter" I wonder what else did she miss??? Now our IRS correspondence is being sent to our old address, including checks, we will probably never find. We will not be back and do not recommend!

Hortencia has been doing my families taxes since I was a small child. Now as an adult myself I have had the honor of doing so as well. Hortencia is very friendly and professional. She truly cares about her clients best interest and is very trustworthy. I recommend her to all of my friends and family. If you're thinking about stopping by, do it!
