Got recommended this place by a buddy. I live in Sacramento but wanted to try this place. Got a full set of off brand all terrain tires for $950. Would've been much more in my area. I will drive out to Ron and his shop again for my next set. Quick and professional.

I walked in there to fix my tire clearly the guys there didn’t speak well English so I asked for their boss to speak to him. He said what do you want with an attitude. Really bad customer service so I walked away and I don’t recommend it no any 1

They took over 40 minutes to change 4 tires and stopped and did multiple other people's cars who arrived after us before putting the first tire on.

I was completely freaking out after les schwab messed up my car. I came down to these guys and they fixed everything and charged me less than Les Schwab. MO is absolutely amazing and made sure I left with no issues. Five star local place. Thanks guys!

They helped us with a quick tire replacement when we were stranded on the side of the freeway. So we came back the next day to get some tires on the little hatchback we just bought for my kid brother.

Let me first start off by saying I treat people with respect and honesty. This place does neither. I came in on a Wednesday and showed the owner the type of rims I was looking for and told him the year and make of my car, which was sitting out front. His assistant also looked at my vehicle and told him the year and make (2023 Dodge Challenger Scatpack). He found the rim online, ordered it and said it should be there by Saturday but no later than Monday and contact me when they arrived. I called on Tuesday and he told me the rim had arrived earlier that day but never called me.I picked the rims up and had another tire place mount the tires because they gave me a better price on tires. When they tried to put the rims on the car they said the rims "did not fit" because the owner of Dixon tires had ordered the incorrect rims. I called to inform him of the mistake but he was not available and his worker told me to come in and they would take care of me. After arriving I asked to speak with the owner. He came out took a look at the rims and said the other tire place that mounted the tires on the rim are now responsible for the mistake and have them fix the problem?!!! WTH?!!! Instead of taking the rims back and addressing the problem he told me to purchase another set of rims for $1200 and he would help me sell the incorrect rims he sold me. I kept insisting that he was at fault and he should at least take the rims back and swap them out for another set of rims he had in stock at his location. He refused and continued to shift blame for his mistake to the other tire shop. Any person with common sense can see that this situation is totally "Dixon Tires" mistake and they should accommodate the customer for their mistake. Obviously, this is a horrible place to do business. Beware, beware, beware!!! "Do not" do business with "Dixon Tires"! I am a veteran and business owner myself. I treat my customers honorably and fairly. This owner has underestimated me and I will see him in small claims court. I deal with a lot of people but I've never been treated so unfairly by any business like this one. I will say it one more time: "DO NOT" do business with "Dixon Tire"!!!
