I love that this nail salon allows for walks in! I went in for a pedi and they took their time! I loved the fact even though they were busy they didn't rush the leg massage. They have a wide variety of colors in polish. The polish lasted several weeks and you get what you pay for.

Do not come here please. They do not honor appointments. They make you wait. They also use cheap materials so be prepared for your nails to be chipped. They are all bunch of chinos that do not care customer satisfaction. I just got my nails done yesterday and they are already chipped.

4 stars for pedicures 1 star for the manicure 1st time getting a full set here. Rude, rushed service. Don't go to the elderly man. A week later, the nails are coming undone & chipping.

Took my daughter here to get a pedicure for her birthday and we both loved it. Everyone was friendly, and Kim did really good work and took her time with my banged up feet?? It was nice to see my daughter smiling and it felt sooo relaxing to get pampered a little bit.
Ps: My daughter’s is already messed up because wanted to keep taking her slipper off and on.

I called for a same day appointment on a Monday and they were able to see me. I recently just heard about powder dip and I wanted to try it for my real nails. I went in with my nails lookin tow up. Xuan did an amazing job doing my nails. I requested she try to shape my short nails into squares and she did an amazing job. I love how she continuously checked out my nails to make sure there weren't any imperfections and that the product wasn't sticking to my skin. Can't wait to see how long these lasts and to go back and get a new color!

I wanted to take my acrylics off without damaging my real nail. She cut my finger and actually just pulled my acrylics off my nail, i told her many times that I wanted them socked in acetone and ignored me every time. I paid for something that I can do at homegirls save your money and go somewhere else I know acrylics are damaging but the way she just riled them out made it worst

It was my first time at this salon today. I asked for two pedicures with my boyfriend. The pedicure was great. However I asked for a gel manicure after. I chose a pink color, once my manicurist was done and sprayed alcohol I'm assuming (it was in an acetone bottle) the gel polish became gooey and the manicure was ruined. The manicurist took off the gel with a drill but burned my nail with the drill. After wards she redid my nails. My fingers were dry. Nails were not painted fully on sides and my finger was cut up. My boyfriend decided to get a regular manicure and bled afterwards again. It was a painful experience . I do not recommend.

Get. Your. Nails. Done. By. Tiffany. That girl is amazing. I came in for a simple fill but she automatically improved my former mani by fixing the lifting, and spending a ton of time reshaping them. She was super friendly, explained everything she was doing, and was always checking to make sure I liked it. I told her I just wanted an almond shape and a natural-pink look. She absolutely NAILED it. And I think she spent extra time buffing and shaping because I'd had a poor manicure at another salon. She really cares about the whole 3-dimensional shape of the nail and how it will grow out, not just the shape of the tip. She did 2 coats of OPI "put it in neutral" and then one coat of Aqua Pink Sheer (didn't get the brand on that). Both very sheer natural nudes and made my nails look so natural and glowy. (Side note: other reviewers have mentioned it, but don't have your nails done by the older gentleman tech. He is not as skilled and does poor artwork. Otherwise, the salon as a whole is fabulous and I know Sammy is very popular too!)

I'm so happy Tiffany fixed my nails for me. I didn't have to pay which was really nice of her. I decided to do a gel manicure instead to have a break from acrylics. Tiffany was friendly and really pays attention to detail. I would recommend her to do your nails.

Nice salon, definitely found my new nail tech Richard he did a great job giving me exactly what I wanted classy with natural look ( I've gotten a lot of compliments on them) Pedicure I wasn't pleased with but I may try someone else next time...its all about finding your person and for now it's just Richard.

Let's start off by stating if it wasn't for Sam this place would get one star from me. There was a cockroach in the bathroom There is no point in calling for an appointment because they still make you wait and switch from one chair to the next. I've had a few encounters with Tiffany and she is just always in a bad mood or she is just rude, very snappy and always has an attitude as if she doesn't want to be there or speak with anyone. All the other ladies here and nice and have better customer service thankfully

No matter if you make an appointment Dixon nails is never on time such a disappointment. I scheduled in advance with Jennifer to be her first customer and at my time she was in the middle of a pedicure with another client, no one said hello or be right with you after waiting 20 minutes I left and went across the way to the only other nail shop around. After prepping my nails it was discovered I had a nail fungus which was not apparent while the polish was on. I had to have all my powder nails removed and treated my nail with fungus medication. Bad customer service lack of respect for customers time always rushing and running behind. Basic cleanliness and sterilization techniques not up to code. Not a happy work environment no one smiles or appears to enjoy their job. I will never return. Extremely rude and in need of training on how to greet and treat customers.
