Terrible experience. The man I talked to was very rude and I heard him using racial slurs while myself and other customers were present. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here.

I had inherited a car that was 13 years old with incredibly low mileage, but quite a few body issues that required repair. I assessed what I wanted done and began my search for a good body shop that wouldn't break the bank. I was referred to Chavez Auto and went to check them out. Told them exactly what I wanted done, got a fair estimate and decided to go for it. Mind you, this is a 13 yr old car, so I was concerned how the paint matching would be. I picked the car up today, to say I am THRILLED with the result would be an understatement for sure. Both bumpers look new as well as a creased quarter panel that required top level skill to repair. I recommend 1000%.

Came in unannounced to get a lower balance swap. The guys took my truck in immediately and knocked out the quick project. Hooked me up like a tow truck. A-1 service and work.
