Probably the worst hardware store that I have been to in quite a while live here locally and it was great that I had a hardware store close by after coming to purchase paint last week. I was switched on brand of paint after it was mixed and the more expensive paint that covered less. me to come back to get not one but 2 gallons, but miraculously the paint department is now closed and no sign is available so it took 20 minutes to find associate to find out about the paint situation and when I expressed my concerns to Keegan, he was completely dismissive hands to the side leaning against the wall, I could understand your frustration complete dismissal. If you have the option, please go someplace else. Probably shouldn’t even be endorsed by this point not a client service that I received

I will no longer take my business local. I purchase a drain pipe and had it cut but didn’t see a sign that I could not return. I even mentioned that if it doesn’t work, I will just return it and neither of 2 ace floor associates who helped me refer to a sign or corrected me that it wouldn’t be refundable before cutting. I’m sure 20 ft. of pipe is returnable.

Stay away! Shop at the big box stores like Home Depot and Lowe's. Bought a craftsman leaf blower for my local Ace Hardware store in Elk Grove California. After two months of using it, it stopped working. It was still covered under warranty so when I called the store to exchange it, they told me I had to take it to the store and Dixon unfortunately the store I had to take it to is one hour away from where I live. I took day off from work to take it there after about a week they called me to pick up the unit they let me know it wasn't covered under warranty so I had to pay the $58.05 to fix it. Of course it wasn't covered under warranty. I took home and was ready to use it. I turned on the unit and stayed on for one minute and then died. I called the store and the guy who fixed it tried troubleshooting it but it still didn't work. He told me to bring it back. I told him I can't take another day off from work to bring it back. He told me to call craftsman and have them take care of it. I called craftsman and he told me to take back to the store where it was fixed and have them send them a slip that it wasn't working. At this point it would've been cheaper to buy a new one instead of wasting three days going back-and-forth fixing it. Never ever shopping at Ace Hardware again. Home Depot and Lowe's are way to go.

Called before I arrived because I was looking to fill up the propane tank on my RV.Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful.Got the tank filled up quick and I was OmW out the door and back to my adventure.5⭐️

They have a lot here. Pretty good hardware store. Only complaint is compared to the ace hardware in some other towns this has less sale items. Gotta love a bargain, pretty limited here.and not well marketed when it is on sale. Staff is always friendly and store is always clean.
