He explained that he was new, where he thought it was, and then offered to walk me back to it. You don't see this much anymore and I told him I was impressed. He said that he likes to help people. “I go to this location specifically for the amazing woman in cosmetics. She's been there for as long as I can remember. She's nice, always working on her department and she knows about the products! I don't get that kind of service at Ulta. I didn't give 5 stars only because the shelves are so empty from all of the shoplifting. Maybe a security guard would help.”

“This review is for the bakery department. I ordered a birthday cake which was a square three layer tall 1/4 of cake. When I arrived for pickup, the cake was not right and it was round. When I told the bakery and showed them the photo of the cake in their display, the other bakery gal said come back in 15 minutes. Sure enough, the cake was ready and perfect: squared three layer chocolate cake with raspberry topping. Thank you Safeway bakery department for making the perfect cake.”
