This is by far the absolute worst experience I've had as far as a storage facility or Marina goes. The person that they have running the lazy m is a nasty foul rude low class ghetto trailer trash woman who absolutely has no clue how to run a business. I went to store my RV there and was told that it was 24-hour access. I said that would be absolutely wonderful since it been so hot and I would be working on cleaning up to get ready to go to Illinois in the evenings while it was cool. She seemed fine with it.Then after having only been there four days I'm sitting in the doorway one morning and three police officers come around the corner. They had been called because the woman Tiffany had said that I was living there and that I hadn't left the entire 4 days my RV had been stored there. And this was an absolute lie. She tried to make me leave although I paid for the month and in text repeatedly threatened and harassed me even to the point of admitting that she would lie to the police saying that I had abandoned my trailer in order for her to have it towed away. In other words the nasty woman was trying to steal my trailer. She repeatedly threatened and harassed me over the rest of the month and admitted in her own text that the things that she had said to try and get me off the property we're lies.This woman was incredibly unprofessional and repeatedly threatened and harassed me in the name of the lazy and Marina and everything she did was completely illegal. When I did come to pick up my trailer and have it removed this woman actually had a flatbed tow truck waiting there to take my trailer if I was 1 minute past 5:00 p.m.This is by far the most ghetto place I've ever been to with the most incredibly unprofessional low-class people supposedly in charge. Lying dirty thieving nasty people. Kind of makes you wonder about the owners if that's the kind of people they hire to actually manage their property. Definitely considering a lawsuit for the harassment and the threats let's see how long she keeps her job.This place is by far the most unprofessional just poorly run place I've ever been to would never recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention it is miles out from anywhere in the middle of freaking nowhere. What a waste.

The NEW Lazy M! New and improved, FRIENDLY, customer service! I like the owners. They've been working their tails off by improving the operation and the appearance of my favorite launch ramp! More organized and new restrooms! Have ent been. In them yet but they sure look nice and brand new! Way to go, Lazy M team!

We had and payed for a reservation through neighbor.com and the owner accepted the request and took our money however because of flooding on the Byron highway was closed that day so I called and spoke to the lady that resides on the property and made plans to have are vehicle towed in the next day. The day of the towing when we had already payed the tow truck driver and was on our way there they called us on three way calling and said they would not except it because they thought we were going to probably abandoned our car. It's laughable because it's a 65 galaxy classic car and we have put so much money into this car. But on the website they say nothing of the sort. We had to pay an extra $150 to change locations last minute for the tow truck driver and the lady was so unprofessional on the phone screaming and ranting because she know she was wrong. Thanks but no thanks lazy M marina.

Great place to launch boats for only $10 fees. Lazy M Marina also has a dry storage facility to store boats and Rv’s.

Very friendly staff and only $5 to launch! Couldn't be any more simple, I showed up at around 7:40am and a staff member brought me change and a parking pass. Highly recommended if the tide is at a good level to make it under the bridge in your vessel.

Watch out for the low bridge. Other than that all good, but low bridge is dangerous and inconvenient.

Convenient location to access Delta channels. Dirty water, aquatic weeds was a challenge for my jet ski.
