I came in to get fingerprinted and arrived early, had some complications on my end that I got taken care of BUT the lady working todays shift 8/8 was RUDE. She was rude from the start, kept talking over me and repeating herself when I was asking questions because I needed help and it was my first time there at the business. She had an attitude with delivery people who dropped stuff on, and two other customers she had a rude attitude tone in her voice when speaking to myself and other customers. Wouldn't recommend at all! It's hot in the small building very musty and the worker that was covering for another lady as I over heard is just rude for no reason off the start.

Isabella was amazing, extremely personable and accommodating! Drove quite ways to get to this location,nevertheless, road 80 was a beautiful drive. Went in to address two items, one shipping and other finger printing services, time efficient in both services, also missed another item in shipping, and she was able accept it without issue. Will be retuning for future services !

The worker was 20 minutes late opening the store and when I asked her why she was late she said “they don’t pay me extra.” I said if they pay you at all then you should have some pride in your work and at least show up on time. She just gave me nasty attitude and was absolutely no help to me at all. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional! Go anywhere else for your mail needs this place is a complete waste of time.

This place has terrible customer skills. Every time I have tried to ship a return, they have some excuse not to take it. Today was the last straw. I had a Amazon return that was a simple drop off. The young lady told me that UPS charges $5. Again, this was a Amazon no charge return. I thanked her and left. Drove over to Golden Valley Ace Hardware in Reedley that is a trusted UPS drop off site. No charge and the man was friendly/helpful. Last time I will try to ship something from this place. I have dealt with the owner before and she is very rude. I do not recommend this place at all.

This place is amazing! What some of you don’t seem to understand and love to complain about on here is the $5 drop off fee for the UPS packages! Let me just explain it so for those of you who think they just keep your money! Since Quick Pack and Ship is not a UPS store they have to charge you $5 because that’s what UPS charges them when they give them the packages! If you just ask you’ll get your answer! If your complaining about the $5, your gonna have to pay it regardless on gas going to a UPS store in Kingsburg or Visalia!! Anyways! Thank you QPS for your service to our community!

I want to thank Isabelle for helping to repackage and return damaged art supplies so our young artists in Dinuba could have better materials. Her help and thoughtfulness saved me money and made the task much more pleasant. Thank you Isabelle and Qwik & Pack!

The fat lady is VERY RUDE. Just like the other 10+ reviews of how rude she was. She is very unprofessional and rude. She shouldn't be working here and she charges for a prepaid ups drop off while no other place charges at all. RATHER GO TO DINUBA LUMBER AND DROP OFF FOR FREE AND THEY ARE VERY NICE!

Garbage service for delivery, we just paid $60.00 dollars to have something delivered in 48 hours and now it says it will be delivered on Monday--definitely giving you fake expectations--does not deserve a star--Minus 5 stars--Tracking number-289424846013

Terrible customer service lady always has an attitude. Went it to drop off a package and was met with bad attitude and service lady was very rude. Would not recommend only went as a last resort

Says it opens at 9:30am. Yet it’s 10:00am and still closed. Very Unprofessional. She seem to always open on her own time, NOT store hours.
