Patti helped me and she was amazing, she couldn't find me an insurance the day I went in, but she kept looking and called me the next day with a good deal, but I did find something cheaper, but this review is because Patti is the example of employees should be recognized as amazing, she made me feel welcome and interested in making business.

Giovanni was such a great help during the whole process beginning to end. He made sure I understood the policy, what I was covered for and his customer service skills were overall great. I tend to speak in both English and Spanish in once sentence and he knew exactly how to respond to me. Very great help, please stop by his office and speak to him for your needs.
