I've been a Allstate customer for 5 yrs and always have had a wonderful experience with the girls in the office they are very professional and knowledgeable about the questions I have and make it so easy to follow up on anything I have had questions on I have a hard time with the stuff in the computer and it's hard for me to do stuff on online but they have always made me feel happy and they are super awesome....

Best place to meet your insurance needs. They'll take great care of you like they've taken great care of me all these years.Ps. When you're with Allstate, if you have ful coverage and give consent to anyone to drive your car they're fully covered even if they themselves don't have Allstate. Truly something I've other insurance companies do not offer. I personally use this benefit all the time, it's awesome !

Have been going through Allstate since I could legally drive. I dunno about other offices but this one is staffed with great people who are always polite, they also will help you get the best price for your insurance. I definitely reccomend them if you're shopping for insurance!

The Dinuba location has horrible customer service, everytime I call no one can answer my questions and the only one that is very Helpful and always helps me is Laura but at times when I ask for her they say shes busy and that shes not available. Other than her the other girls are very rude and dont even know ehat their doing. I hope the owner looks into it and fixes the problem otherwise if people are not being helped there going elsewhere.
