They listed a landscape dump truck on a commercial truck sales website at $73,000. When I messaged them about the truck they said it's actually $103,000 because that price listed online doesn't include the landscape dump body. That dump body is not something that can be removed and it's in every single picture in the listing. That kind of advertisment is the exact definition of 'Bait and Switch', which has been illegal since 1914, not to mention just generally immoral and dishonest. I wouldn't go near this place with a 10 foot pole.

I deducted one star for each time I have messaged them from the website and have not been replied to. Twice form the inquiry from the car page and twice via chat. Is this dealership still open? Inquiring minds would like to know.

I used to go leave my car there with ease a few months ago my car started overheating. I took it to them to look at told me that it was both of my fans but two days later the gauge was doing the same thing going up to hot, I called the service manager said you need to call as soon as it’s happening my response was I’m calling you as it’s happening. My dad took it back they said they had it running all day and it was good but nope it’s not good . For what I paid my car should not be doing the same exact thing I took it in for

I went and the guy basically stereo typet me and said I couldn't afford a car I almost wanted to tell him I wom a good lottery amount I ended up buying a car at a different dealership cash and all my rancher friends were saying they were a good company not to us

Fantastic customer service, pricing, and service department speed. I am from DC. While in the area, my car just stopped. In addition to GIECO recommendation, the towing service recommended Manning hands down for being locally family owned and care for building customer satisfaction. The service chief, Gilbert, was as concerned for my getting back on the road. He and the owner got me worked into the queue and repaired in 24 hours. The service technician worked on my car's issue after hours to diagnose the problem inorder not to delay other customer's repairs. The repair costs was inexpensive and certainly did not reflect the after and before hours efforts. Seldom do we receive this level of care. Everyone exuded the same focus on customer satisfaction. It starts at the top. But it takes the same effort my everyone, from Gilbert, the service manager, parts, billing, as well. You will be well satisfied using Manning Jeep Dodge Ram for service and sales. I spent hours in their facility and watched the same level of customer satisfaction from everyone who came into the dealership for both sales and service!!

My 80 year old mother called Jim Manning Dodge today to get a quote on what they would charge her to replace the light bulb in her headlight on her Jeep, and Jim Manning Dodge quoted her $1,100 (bulb + labor) with a minimum of 1 hour of labor!!!! I looked it up and the bulb itself (which is all she needs) is about $80 on Amazon.RIDICULOUS!!!!! These guys will entirely try to rip you off if you take your vehicle here for any repairs/replacements. Save your money and frustration and do not come here for their services.
