Drove 2 hours to get my sister's quincenera dress here.. Arrived @ 10:10 am, she didn't open til 11 so we patiently waited... It was 11:30 & still no response, wasn't answering our calls, all she did was send a text "im driving"... Okay we thought she was on her way, another hour later and she still wasn't here.. So we left @ 12:35.. What a waste of our time!

Terrible, I came into town for my cousins wedding from out of state to be a bridesmaid, I sent in my measurements and what I recieved upon arrival to the shop 3 days before the wedding was a 2xl dress that literally fell off of me and looked like a curtain. The dressed was pinned and was told “it would fit like a glove after alterations†what I picked up was a dress that was still very big on me and looked like a curtain was thrown on me. I asked when the alterations lady would be in and it would've been after the wedding.
