They have delayed my package three days in a row, where it is right now is so close that they could’ve sent it to me today and yet i am supposedly getting it tomorrow. if it’s delayed again i will have to end up changing my review to a one star because this is absolutely ridiculous.

The agent is rude, awful and unprofessional. I can't believe someone like her got hired. She's rude to my elderly parents, and everyone else for that matter. Not to mention impatient. I'd rather drive for half an hour to another location than going there.

Dropped off a big item. FedEx accepts returns but the store workers seem to have an issue with having to do do a little extra work .
