Started off not good, I waited 20 minutes before I was greeted and my appointment starting. After that truck was delivered back to me within the time window they gave me, the dealership is always clean, refreshments are plenty, walked around to look at their inventory and was greeted by a salesman, I told him I was just looking, he was pleasant, offered his services and let me be, overall as always a good experience, I even drive from Fresno to get it done, but waiting twenty minutes did not start the appointment off well.

We went in looking for a car for my parents and we were very pleased to find excellent customer service. Thank you for your attention/patience and for your hard work to meet our demands/needs. Not our first purchase with Ed Dana's but we always leave Happy thanks to all your team.

Always nice and friendly staff. I can easily make an appointment online for my regular oil change and wait for service to be completed. Having wifi available helps me be able to catch up on some work while I wait for my vehicle.
