We have been trying to recover money from the account of my father who died for 3 months and nothing has been resolved. My mother brought them all the documents they requested and they told us that in a period of 10 to 15 days they would deposit them into their account and to date nothing has happened. I don't understand why they bring us back with so much delay and pretexts. Yes, she is the wife and we already gave them the documents they requested. I don't know what more proof they want.

Wasted our time making us wait 20 mins past our appointment and then refused to notarize our document because “they can choose not to” and it wasn’t a loan document from Bank of America. I’ve had several loan documents from other banks notarized with BoA with no issue over the last 25 years as a BoA customer. Called BoA and they apologized and said this was not their policy and the notary shouldn’t have refused just because it wasn’t from BoA. Don’t go here for your notary needs, they’ll just waste your time!

Horrible service, if you own a business do not go to this branch. They gave no effort to help me with a wire transfer and shewed me off because they were too busy. There were 3 customers...

If I could give this place a negative rating I WOULD. Horrible service my mom was paying a bill on her card and the machine took her 600 dollars and the workers refused to do anything about it. We still have not gotten that money back.

I go to withdraw $400 because I need to pay a bill so I ask the teller to withdraw the money from my checkings and she asked for my card and ID and after looking at everything she says she can’t withdraw the 400 that I need to use the ATM... she can only withdraw an amount of $1200 or more... WTH?? I have never in my experiences of going into any bank have heard that a teller can not withdraw a small amount only a large amount?!.. Bank of America is a freaking joke. Definitely the worst bank I’ve ever experienced. I would rather pull money out from a gas station than to deal with Bank of America again.

Wow! Just heard from my daughter that they held her check for 10 days and she works for the school district. She was going to deposit it at the ATM but was warned it may be held so she went inside. She asked the person at BOFA if her check would be held. They checked and they stated that there was nothing stating that there would be a hold and it will be deposited with no problem. She checks her account today to pay bills and she was at a minus. She made an appointment and spoke to BOFA and they stated there is no explanation of why there was a hold but that it will be held for 10 days. 10 DAYS!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!! If they would have told her that there "MAY" be a hold she would have cashed her check elsewhere then deposited the money. If a teller from the bank is reading this, make sure you use the word MAY! BOFA was my 1st bank 25+ years ago but hated their service then and got out. I told my daughter to get out now while she can as it sounds like their business practices haven't changed. This is not specific to just Dinuba as I had a BOFA account in Visalia. I don't blame so much the people working there just the type of bank that BOFA is. However, if they BOFA WORKERS get the same types of issues/problems they need to be better at communicating worst case scenarios. They are trusting your honesty or so called expertise because after all you are messing with their money and when you give wrong advice you are messing with their lives. It's just horrible service! Just horrible!
