They have been service my truck many times. The technician is very professional, they would tell you with the list your car would have and very easy to work with. They have a good price on most of the repairs. I would recommend to anyone in town to come get service here.

Communication and customer service is on point. Always take great care of me and my car. Been going here for years, took my old car and now taking my new car. Always welcoming and great customer service. Very educational as well, will walk you through the service and contact you to let you know why a service is needed and get your consent before service is done or charged. Granted not the most affordable in the world but keep in mind your paying for parts and labor in some cases. But it's well worth the money for the reliability and peace of mind, in my humble opinion. Even when there are misunderstandings or mistakes done on invoices they're quick to sort that out as well. They prioritize customer service and satisfaction.

Kolben Auto Care did an excellent job with my service. I had called around to several places before finding them, and they were by far the most helpful and reassuring. From the very first call, they answered all of my questions with care, confidence, and patience. Their team was knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely cared about making sure my car was taken care of properly. They kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to help me understand what was going on with my vehicle.
I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and kindness. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Kolben Auto Care to friends and family.

It was my first time there. Nacho was very helpful and he had great customer services they did a great job. I highly recommend this place. I went back to Kolben to get a few things done on my car they did a great job and they were very professional I would highly recommend them.
