If you love your pet, DO NOT take them here! We just moved up to this area and had to find a new vet for our dog that was pregnant. When she came home, her face was covered with bruises and there was blood surrounding her eyes. When we questioned them, they stated “she was being difficult” and they “had to use force”. She has never had any issues with any other vet before or after this situation. It took her 3 weeks to fully recover from her injuries she sustained at this horrible place.

Maybe we've just been spoiled by small town vets, but we didn't have a great experience here. We had to go here due to our normal vet being closed for a fire evacuation.
The prices seem a bit ridiculous, one example line item was for "NexGard" for our cat. They quoted $212, I googled it and saw it on Chewy for $20. I totally get marking things up, but a 10x markup over retail prices seems a bit ridiculous. They also told us our cat needed a $1900 tooth cleaning (completely unrelated to why we brought him there).
Overall, it just gave us a bad feeling and we decided to take our cat somewhere else. They seemed annoyed by this, but Black Oak Animal Hospital in Georgetown has set such a high standard for us that we don't trust this place's motivations.

My dog had a large and fast growing malignant tumor on his foreleg and we were told by other vets that the only option would be to amputate. Dr. Lopez took her time to work on it, was able to remove the entire tumor, and after taking great care of it post op, he is now left with just a small scar. Thank you!

The prices are absolutely shameful. Ive been to the emergency vet in folsom and paid far less having a more serious injury involving sutures on my dog. This vet wants to charge an arm and both your legs for an eye exam and blood work.

Still no response to my email or review. They clearly Don't care about me or how their hack veterinarian treated my puppy. They definitely won't treat you well but will charge outrageous prices. So have fun with that.

They got me in same day I called. Prises are fair.

I would give them zero stars. they told us our cat needed knee surgery . $750 for blood work and X-rays. that 2 other vets said the X-rays were terrible and didn't show anything. $4000 for surgery. they referred us to a place in Elk Grove. they told us the x-rays were terrible. diagnosis seem wrong. had x rays checked by another doctor who wanted to see the cat. He said cats don't get torn LAC. she had a slipped knee cap and it would heal on its own. even the pain med we had been giving our cat was incorrect. crossroads hasn't been good since Dr Tick passed away. we will never take our babies there again.

I called Crossroads, to see how much it would it cost to have? My dog tested for Lyme disease. They would not give me a price quote over the phone. They told me I had to come in and pay them sixty dollars for them to give me a price Quote. After their little exam they wrote me out a price quote for $1021.00.
What a waste of time.
