I have been banking with Wells Fargo for more than 10 years already. Usually I go to Wells Fargo bank in Walnut or City of industry and they are pretty efficient. The two teller in this Diamond Bar Wells Bank is very slow and not well trained. There were more than 7 or 8 customers waiting in line and no manager came out to help resolve this situation.

Very well taken care of today. Starting over isn't easy. I'm not irresponsible, just a lot of bad luck, and bad businesses that took me out. Other banks treat you like dirt because of their size, "they can". Ivan took great care of me here, and even got my dad interested in opening an account. Myself and my dad have had multiple accounts with other organizations, some for 30+ years, never have we been treated as well as we were today. Ivan, we'll be back because of you, for him when he's ready. I'll be a good, lifelong client, that's a promise.

This is by far the best location to do your banking done. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They make sure you are taken care of and you feel like you are valuable to them. I go out of my way to go to this branch. Thank you to the amazing team at this location.

Awful service. I was the single customer inside the branch this morning and the branch manager Betsy Vecher was rude and unresourceful. Did have the means to solve an issue that should not have taken more then 5 minutes to resolve. Will no longer do business with Wells Fargo due to this negligent handling.

No one bank in USA. My parents use it. I use Bank of America. Tell you the truth I think Wells Fargo is better. More capital better service and key to USA. Good bank invest in it very good.

On the way to my family's 2023 Christmas Eve lunch, I needed to get some moola for gifts. I had to find a Wells Fargo Bank nearby quick as I was running late. It actually wasn't that nearby as it was about 15 mins away. Anyway, it was a quick drop in to get cash at the ATM. There are two ATMs available for use. They offer 20's and 50's which is always nice as options. This bank was closed since it was on a Sunday. Hence, I didn't experience any bank tellers. I prefer to use the ATM anyway. If I don't have to walk into a bank, I will not do so unless I have to do something that I can't do at the ATM. Exterior looked okay. Other than that, there's nothing more to comment on. I was in a rush, hence, I forgot to take pictures and that's okay. I think you know how a Wells Fargo Bank looks like for the most part. They are like cookie cutters LOL.

This location is an outstanding bank with exceptional services. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making banking easy and stress-free. Their online platform is user-friendly, and they offer a wide range of financial products. I feel secure with their strong focus on safety. Highly recommended!

Went to the bank and was disappointed. The bank is closed on Saturdays. Wished they correct the times.

Apparently they don’t want your money. Tried creating a checking account online but it made me go to the branch. Went to the branch twice without appointment and was always packed. Both times waited to be told too busy right now and make an appointment. Looked online appointments were two weeks out at this and nearby branches… Seems like they would prefer not to have new customers…

Worst WF bank I've ever been in. Poor customer service especially from the manager. I was at a teller window and asked if the manager could waive a $3 check fee. The teller turns and looks at the manager and what does he do??? Shakes his head. That's it. Didn't bother to get up and acknowledge or address me. Not only is that insulting, it is very unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere where you will be respected.

Very bad service. My husband took our elderly mother-in-law to open a new account. It was 11:30. They close at noon. So they told them "We are not going to help you. We're leaving soon. Try another bank." Very rude.

Dumbest business people there ever. They charged me $ 10 for cashier's check. Minimum business account to waive such fee is $ 10k per month. I kept 15 times that amount. They refused to do anything when I complained about this fee only asking me to make an appointment with a banker. They refused to waive $10 when they could have done something when I was getting my cashier's check as I found out after meeting with the banker. Now, I am moving all my account out of Wells Fargo over $10. Never doing any business with Wells Fargo again. I just started the process of moving everything. It's not about $10. It's how they treat you like dirt over there.

Horrible service. Long wait. At least 45 mins. Only 3 tellers (average 2 because one is on break) and long line (to the door. Mangers do not care. People are treated like animals. I will never go back.
